The hotel is not bad. Clean, beautiful, quiet, there is a great parking lot. Among the minuses, there is no kitchen, so you have to go somewhere to eat.

Twice stayed at this hotel. The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly. There is excellent parking.

Passage, just spent the night. The room is nice, everything is clean. The administration took care and turned on the air conditioner in advance to make it comfortable. Recommend.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the experience was much better than after returning home.
The prices are overpriced, as for me, since for a room of 700 UAH, at least breakfast should be included in the price, and there was not even a buffet there.
The location is not the most convenient, you need to walk at least 15 minutes to the nearest store.
There is no refrigerator in the room, you cannot take perishable food for tomorrow, cable TV does not work, the TV is there just for show.
The incident happened after the departure, when the administration could not provide the necessary documents regarding payment, there was a feeling that not everything was going on legally for them.
In general, it leaves much to be desired.

It is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Right inside there are stairs. There is no elevator. You cannot go up to the 4th floor with heavy suitcases.
The rooms are not cleaned during the stay, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper on the 3rd day.
The rooms lack furniture, especially in the bathroom, there is no place to put things.
Smart TV but you can't see local channels because you can't find them.
At the time of the Covid, no hotel staff wears a mask. It puts the HEALTH of the guests at risk.
Bad soundproofing.
Light bulb flashing in the hallway throughout the stay.
The positives are the parking and that everything is new.
