There were three nights in a family room. I recently stayed at the Aratta Hotel in Pylypets, and I want to leave my review. The hotel has improved a lot recently - it is clear that the owner and the approach to service have changed. Spacious tanks in the open air, with a view of nature! Refresh the water after each bath. Next to the vats there is a warm changing room with clean towels and slippers! Very good place with lot's of attractions. However all restaurants and cafes are very overpriced and the portions are small. The prices are sometimes more expensive than in Kyiv.

Visited for a while in summer. Can't tell anything about accommodation, people say it's quite good. But the 4 km long local road is fit rather for the all-roaders. Mind this. Can be smoother in winter thanks to packed snow if any

It’s a total eco resort. Everything is made of wood. We lived in a different accommodation near the place and came here for a day. There are a lot of different activities: horse riding, apiary, pottery, soap making, a pool and a vat. But each activity is for additional price. Prices are reasonable but the service could be better. Sometimes you have to wait for activity even if the place is not crowded...

The place is beautiful. The cottage is great. Very clean. However there is no safety at the place. For example in winter they do no clean the ice from the roads, the places for skiing and sled is very dangerous as there is noone taking care of any dafety rules.

Excellent high quality service. All amenities as described, food in restaurant is super delicious. The service of all kind is top notch for sure. Room is cozy, clean and light with a great Mountain View. All staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the holiday. The staff is top notch. The restaurant is the most delicious in the entire resort. There is an early check-in, which is very helpful with the morning train. Thanks to the restaurant administrator for serving dinner right in the gazebo with vats!
