No air conditioning available at the first floor at villas. Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak.

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Prime see-front position with nice restaurant on beach. Very very friendly staff with receptionist fully fluent in English. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling. Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes).

Located on the main street of Mykolaiv, means that everything a tourist needs, is at the walking distance. The staff is very kind and friendly albeit the English skills are lacking. Rooms are tidy, the beds are comfortable and the AC during the summer makes sleeping a bliss. On the downside the breakfast isn’t anything special.

Are now in this hotel. Not much of a traveler. But basically like everything. Polite staff, clean room. Second floor, double room-non Smoking, smells like no feel. The only thing I did not like that the bathroom has no outlet.

The price is fair so i cannot complain too much but there is no heating in the room and its october, the hot water in the shower are not really hot, the head of the shower is broken, there is no electrical outlet near the bed to charge the phone and the small light above the bed doesn't work. It has a small but helpful conference room. It is in the Central Avenue, and you have two banks and the main shopping center to just one block walking. I didn't exactly stay in the hotel, but organized a seminar there. The staff was very helpful and the conference space decent - one of the few in Nikolaev. So for holding small events I can recommend.

Surprisingly nice water park. Lots of sunbeds, lots of fun waterslides for adults and kids, several cafes and bars. The territory is clean and well-kept. The only major drawback are locker halls where lockers would secure your things only from a small kid, and there are no changing room. Which would be OK if access to female and male halves of the space were restricted, which is not, so female visitors...

Be careful! There is an incredibly hot floor outdoor throughout the way to waterslides because of sunny weather so a barefoot run exceedingly hurts. The Tsunami slide is the best attraction! But not for kids unfortunately. Discount tickets are always available in the centre of the town.

Pros: Clean room. Received politely and quickly. 3rd floor lazy ((( everything is new and the plumbing and even door. The building after renovation. There Is A Parking Lot. TV. High ceilings. Conder. Only necessary furniture. Nothing more. A lot of outlets. Cons: Took a room for 380 UAH. Charged us 400 UAH. No explanation for that 20 UAH. There is no refrigerator. No latch on the door to close inside...

There is a nice Hamam for a small company. However, confused by the fact that and so cheap price towels and sheets are billed separately. In the rest of the service pleased.

Nice cosy place in the city centre. The room is clean. New furniture and bathroom. The hot water was not as hot as I prefer. And there is no connection to reception. There is no elevator.

There is a window that opens at the top, but it overlooks the hotel's outdoor bar in the back so you get some noise. This hotel is located at the entrance to Mykolaiv. It's perfect for business trips. There's closed, paid parking for guests. The rooms are quiet, clean, and cozy. They can even pack a lunchbox for breakfast. The reception staff is excellent, especially Olivia. I recommend it for business travelers.

If you're staying in Nikolayev this is not a bad place to stay. The hotel is an old building that was converted into a hotel. Unfortunately there is no elevator, and you'll have to walk all five floors to your room if you get one on the top floor. Nice rooms, good service. Situated in the top floor of a building which seems unusual at first but you quickly get used to it. The lower floor has a nice gym, which is not part of the hotel so you have to pay extra to work out. It cost the equivalent of around $4 for a single visit. At the basement level of the building is a supermarket. Sovietskaya walking street is about a 15 minute walk.

The hotel is ok for a place to stay for the night. The view is nice being next to the river. The problem with that is the Mosquitoes. The location of the hotel is at the end of the city so, if you want to get anything, you need to drive 10 minutes to get there. The rooms are some of the smallest I've seen. I am a native of Nikolaev came to a friend's anniversary. We stopped at the Atrium. Of the minor flaws in the bedroom, only the central chandelier worked. Ceiling lights and sconces did not work. A good hotel. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, hot water, a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, and two 0.5L bottles of drinking water. A two-course breakfast with a drink is included, but it's served at a nearby pizzeria. The only downside is the lack of designated parking, so you'll have to park your car along the road. And you can't order coffee at reception.

The Golden Fezant, I have seen this place change from a 4 room shabby place to this over the last few years, they now even have a spa. It is still not compared to any 4 star in western europe, but they try. So 3 at max, be aware that sometimes they claim there are issues with creditcard transactions, I'm not 100% certain, but usually if you just shrug your shoulders and say I have only Credit Card...

I'll start by saying I really liked the room. The beds were soft, and I slept very well. It was quite quiet, though opening the window was a bit awkward. The night caught on the highway from Kiev, the chameleon was the only free hotel along the way! For a reasonable price, we got a parking lot, a large warm room, breakfast! In the evening, the room is heavily heated, to such an extent that at the end of November they went to bed under a sheet. The room has 0.5 water, soap, shampoo, 2 blankets and an extra pillow, white bed linen, several sets of towels...
