We rested with my wife from 09/06/21 to 09/10/21.
I can tell right away that there are a lot of incidents about this hotel because of the little information and lack of knowledge of the staff of their hotels.
The Rif Hotel has three buildings. Is it really hard to post a photo of the first on the site. second. and the third building separately, so that the client understands which building he is entering.
Then, on the buildings, lay out the numbers that are available and how much they cost.
Of course, the person sitting at the reception desk should know all the numbers he offers. In my case, I was resting in the first building overlooking the estuary, when, upon checking in, I asked the manager in the building if there was an exit to the estuary or only to the sea. to which I received an answer I do not know. Although the reception is located a hundred meters from the building.
The manager who makes the reservation should know the room he offers very well. In my case, a three-bed room (110), when asked the manager, there is a bed or a folding chair, the answer came I don’t know. And there was a chair.
We left on 08.09, but because of the weather, we did not walk for two days. When leaving, the attendant was asked if it was possible to return something for the money, she only smiled in response.
By the way, there are no questions for this staff and the bartender on the beach is very friendly and helpful person.
The first case is the newest. The rooms are good, the place is gorgeous, the beach is well equipped, I recommend it to everyone.

We were here for 10 days from late July to early August 2021.
First, we booked a double room in Salyut1 for 1500 UAH / day (the owner is the same as Reef). Then, having seen the photo of the Reef rooms, we decided to rebook in it, since everything in the photo is very beautiful and fresh. We told the manager Natalya that we want better conditions, closer to the sea, in Reef'e. She offered us a 4-bed standard (since there were no other free ones) and threw off beautiful pictures of the room. We agreed despite the fact that the room was 4-bed and cost 2500 UAH / day, and there were only two of us.
As a result, the rest began with a showdown :(
We were settled in the old building of the Reef hotel, where the rooms are in much worse condition than in Salut1 (not to mention the price difference).
As a result of our indignation, we were promised an additional discount of about 7%, but this difference was not discarded on the card, after 2 weeks.
Also, unlike Salute1, Reef has no kitchen or microwave. There were 4 glasses and a kettle in the room, but no spoons, no cups, no saucers. Why then a kettle? :)
Only the lazy did not write about the lack of beach towels in the reviews, so we will not focus on this. There are no disposable shampoos / gels either.
When we checked out, the electric car was not there. To our question, they answered that one of the responsible employees fell ill, and the second at a briefing. Even the maid who evicted us was outraged. Fortunately, we were allowed to drive our cars under the entrance to the hotel and dive, otherwise we would have to drag all our things to the parking lot, which is 200 meters from the hotel itself.
But there were also positive points :) Nice beach and a bunch of sun loungers (no surcharge). Very polite and pleasant staff both in the hotel and in the Mullet restaurant. The restaurant is delicious and it is noticeable that the staff is trying hard. Although, also not without incidents ... For a few days we ordered a specific table for Saturday with a view of the estuary, but when we arrived we found that it was busy. It turns out that there are several managers who take orders, but they are not synchronized with each other (some kind of nonsense). They began to dissuade us from the ordered table, giving various arguments. In the end, so as not to spoil the evening, we agreed.
Bottom line: Not a bad place for Ukraine, but don't expect European / Turkish / Egyptian hotel service. Demand from the managers specifics in which building your number and its real photos will be, but even this does not guarantee you anything, as it turned out.
Cost: 10 days here in July-August 2021 cost us $ 1200 for two (this is with occasional meals at the Mullet restaurant and travel costs). By adding a little (or maybe not), you can fly to Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Montenegro, Croatia or Greece.

Pros: proximity to the sea on one side and a restaurant on the other with a gorgeous view, good service, delicious food. It is very convenient that next to the restaurant there is a children's area and even an evening cinema for children. Nice rooms. Clean in the room and on the territory. I was pleasantly pleased that check-in from 2 o'clock, but you can use the benefits of the beach earlier. Free parking, but located at a distance from the complex, while the hotel provides an electric car to deliver you with your belongings to the hotel and back. The room has hot water, air conditioning, towels, soap, but unfortunately a hairdryer on request. The hotel also pleased with a comfortable mattress. On the beach, umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses are included in the price.
Cons: the flusher arrives 2 times a day and it seems to be good, but the first time he arrives at 5:00 in the morning and growls like a tractor - at 5:00 in the morning we woke up from this divine sound. There are clearly not enough umbrellas on the beach - half of the holidaymakers lie under the sun. The reception is located in a different building, and in order to check in if you still arrived before 14:00, you first need to sign a contract, and later return to the administration for a residence permit. There is a children's pool on site, but it's green ...
