I would like more modernity in common areas (toilet and shower), and it would be very convenient if the double room had 2 sockets. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of hot water and the quality of the beds, the design of the wallpaper in the room I liked, calm, not tacky with taste. Separately, I want to mention the service. The head of the estate is polite, calm, attentive, always ready to help. Maintains cleanliness and order, everything is repaired and working. The area is under video surveillance, there is parking and a place for smoking. There is a kitchen on site where you can prepare your own meals, or order meals at an additional cost. Rooms are locked. To the sea 5-10 minutes. The place is quiet and cozy. I am completely satisfied with the place to live. I recommend!

Very nice people in administration. But for economy rooms it's a little expensive, given the lack of a refrigerator (1 piece from all rooms), shorting sockets, shared showers (several), public toilets.
I can’t say anything about more comfortable rooms (everything was occupied))) maybe the situation is better there.

I liked everything very much, comfortable, clean, quiet and peaceful. Large yard for cars, showers / toilets both in the rooms and on the territory, cold / hot water. There is a stone grill/barbecue. On the territory of its grapes, several courtyards. Own dining room for visitors with 3 meals a day, you can also use a separate kitchen! I advise!
