The hotel itself and amenities are good, but the whole impression about the stay was ruined by the service and the hotel’s staff. WiFi is not working, I would even say it probably doesn’t exist at this place. Why do you even include it in the list of your amenities? When we asked to fix the issue the first time, the receptionist told us that the technician would come within an hour. It never happened. We complained about it 3 days in a row, and no one ever came to fix it, as was promised. That’s not how a good service works! Would never come back again
