My review will be about the restaurant, which is an integral part of the recreation center. So, to the point ... the family (with children) went to dinner. Sat on the 2nd floor. It seems that everything started normally, however .... in order.
We ordered mashed potatoes and kebabs, baked vegetables, salads and an aperitif (3x50 whiskey, 3x50 gin "in decanters, please") for the children. I had to wait decently (they say the kitchen is busy), but finally they brought alcohol. And then it began ... Alcohol was brought at 6! Glasses of 50. Why? Well, OK. While "unloading" the glasses, the waiter tipped one whiskey over one gin and spilled both. But 2x2 is left. I asked to restore and pour into decanters (there is not enough space on the table). The decanters were brought quickly and poured, but the waiter says such alcohol: "no more." I say how? Are you open for the second day, how not? Go to the store, if not, and bring ... another 20 minutes of waiting - Santa Lucia! Have brought. Still in 2 faceted glasses of gin and whiskey. But damn it, both drinks in decanters and glasses smell different. I realize that the decanter is cognac (ha I have an allergy), not whiskey! Well kapets! Call the administrator! And bring a measuring cup, please! I see, he speaks with the administrator, both leave, again there is no one for 15 minutes. 🙄The waitress comes and says that all the measuring glasses are taken from the bartenders and cannot bring.🤣🤣🤣. But everything is honest with us, the bartenders are decent guys.! I insist.!🤨 The three of us came! Admin Katya and a waiter (a guy of Caucasian appearance. Didn't introduce himself). I asked to sniff 2! Whiskey in a glass and in a decanter!!! Katya herself says: Yes, different! 🤥. With a measuring cup, he offered to measure what they brought - oh horror! 40 grams of that and that drink. In the decanter: .... correct: 80 +80. 😲😲😲. Mama mia! What are you doing? The bartender begins to make excuses: we are not to blame, it is the waiter who grabs anything from the counter and carries it without asking to whom. And then the waiter Yulia says: the waiters pour in front of me!!😂😂😂. What is an almshouse? I ask the bartender to leave, Katya is silent all the time, the bartender does not subside, continues🤕. The control question to him: shanovny, in your menu all the drinks in the dosage in the table of contents are only 50g each. Who else were you trying to fool when you were pouring this? Show me this table And why are my drinks different? Is the gin watered down in the decanter? It would be better if he apologized and disappeared ... So he did. + 20 min. Katya apologized. He asked me to bring 2 sealed bottles and open in front of me, pour in a measured one). + 20min. But then I say: warm up, pliz, the food is on the table, it’s worth it for a long time ... Answer: 🤪 we brought it to you hot! 😇. Oh horror, so two hours have passed, warm up. Answer: what do we have to do with the fact that it has cooled down? So this is a snack! She goes for booze. Okay, let's warm it up. Brought in 20 minutes. And ... a compliment from the institution. The children are already sleeping (5.9 years old) at about 23.00. Well, he asked me to count alcohol as a separate check. Attention!!!! They bring 4x50 and 4x50! Oh horror, Julia, what is this????? Compliment on the bill? Answer: I can't change anything, I've already checked the archkeeper. I'm paying. I ask Katya, the administrator. Comes in 5 minutes. I say, Katya, what is it? You poured it yourself. How much? 3x50 and 3x50. And how many in the set? 4x50 and 4x50!!! It's a knockout. Compliment-in the menu put up. Mother waitress leaves. Were in the boarding house Skazka. If I had chosen a hotel, I would never have chosen it. Living conditions are terrible. When you call the receptionist, they don't pick up the phone. You can't just pull the key out of the lock, the locks are faulty. The doors are old, there is a fungus in the shower. I will simply say - The room is in a dead state. I leave 2 stars only for the beautiful territory. I do not recommend this fear!
