Raw numbers!!! Fungus!
The rooms were flooded in July 2021, because of this, the room is very Damp!!! Keep this in mind, there is fungus on the walls. There is nothing to breathe there.
for such a considerable cost, the room looked very bad / everything is very old, the refrigerator does not work, there is no kettle in the room, as it was in the photo!
It stinks of dampness! The toilet is shaking! There is no water! Interruptions.
They don't give toilet paper, bedding
linen old and washed! Pillows smelly damp feather (from them eyes began to itch after sleep).
The price is 700-800 UAH, for such a price you can find better!

It's just horrible. The rooms are dirty, no one responds to requests to clean them. The bathroom is a separate story altogether, there is nowhere to turn around, and it is catastrophically dirty, fungus even on the curtain, which probably hasn't even been wiped for many years. Towels and blankets are simply smelly. We checked in (in 3 rooms) for 3 days, we agreed until 6 p.m., we wanted payment for 3 from the floor. days, on the day of departure, we arrived from the beach at 2 p.m., we wanted to have lunch and rest before the road, since we had to drive home for 13 hours by car, but we were faced with the fact that we have to vacate the rooms by 4 p.m., since they forgot about another reservation, people arrived at 7 a.m. and waited until 4 p.m. until we left, and we and they were with small children. 😔

I have a rest at the Good Traditions base every year, for several years in a row. I like that I have a rest here from the bustle of the city, in a kind and friendly atmosphere. There is a lot of greenery, gazebos, benches at the base. My child runs with other children, and my husband and I can cool off in the gazebo and really relax.
The conditions are simple, but the sea does not need more. There is a bathroom in the room, there is where to make yourself a meal, and you can also eat nearby, with their neighbors.
Three minutes to the sea. The beach is huge with clean sand. There are many tour options around.
And the most pleasant thing is a very hospitable host, Alexander Semyonovich, with whom it is pleasant to talk. Thank you, we will definitely come again))

Excellent recreation center "Good Traditions"! Rested with the family in the period 06/11/2019 to 06/21/2019. A chic yard with greenery, a large playground, many gazebos. The rooms are nice and have everything you need! I highly recommend staying at this resort! The sea is not far, the sea is clean! Shops, canteens, markets are all nearby! There is a kitchen for self-cooking!

Rooms: one-and-a-half beds, the bed is washed, the pillows are old (there are feather pillows). The bathtub is very small. Washbasin, next to the toilet, and immediately behind it is a shower with a terrible curtain. That is, to get into the shower, you need to squeeze between the wall and the toilet and, of course, wipe yourself off everything, because it won’t work (I’m thin). I don’t know how to be fat people there .. It’s a pity I didn’t take a photo ((. For such money you can and SHOULD find something better.
