The room is clean and comfortable, they gave a fan, a kettle and a fridge too. The pillows were hard, but changed without any problems, but the mattresses were uncomfortable. Portions are large and tasty, and the menu is quite varied. But only if you live on the first floor in two-story houses, then there will be wild chaos above you, because any step is heard very well. Yes, and discos until late at night, too, do not let you sleep. Very nice maids, and very friendly administrators, all at the level of their price)
Good base. There are different pricing policies for rooms: from wooden houses without amenities to junior suites. We lived in a junior suite. The room is great! Posh! We watched the Olympics (just at the opening of the rest). Good food, big portions, tasty.
The territory is large, there is a playground and exercise equipment, table tennis. Quiet, very comfortable. The beach is sand. Big, you can even find a place under an umbrella. Small sea. Beach entertainment
Cons: cleaning is lame, the sea is all in algae! At first they were only near the coast, after 5 days - everywhere! Seaweed!
If you don't like swimming, it's ok. We love to swim, not very comfortable, because bananas, buns, batman and many catamarans leave! You had to make sure you weren't run over.
Rest for the passive, to whom only the sea, cafes.

Very well! There are many flowers on the territory, very clean. Friendly staff. In the shower, which is always open, there is always hot water. In the new buildings, the rooms have a toilet, shower, TV and air conditioning. In the evening, there is a disco for children and adults, there is a dance floor. The sea is seven minutes from the hotel. Highly recommend!
We settled in a junior suite, it turned out that we were the first to live in it after construction. Everything in the room is new (hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, bed, mattress), it smells of newness and fresh renovation. The number is definitely worth the money. The recreation center is quite large, there are wooden economy houses and two-story buildings. Go to the sea for two or three minutes and then with a light sea gait. Nearby there are cafes, canteens, market. The sea is shallow, cool for children. In general, I recommend.

Pros:

Minuses:
- Room "comfort" - 1300 UAH / day (with 2 meals a day). Standard room - bed, table, nightstand, wardrobe, shower, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, "TV". Hot water only in the shower, toilet paper - 1 roll.
- Food - canteen (USSR). The kitchen stinks a lot. Everything is very sugary, tea is solid sugar. Breakfast is mainly porridge with milk (semolina, oatmeal, rice), but it is impossible to eat, because of the same sugar. Lunch and dinner are more or less edible, but not worth the money (lunch - 140 UAH, dinner - 110 UAH), the bread is always stale. Monotonous food. For example, in a cafe complex meals - 60 / 80 UAH. You can't refuse food. Cutlery is dirty, plates are broken. The prices don't justify the quality.
- Housekeeping - you need to go to ask separately. For 7 days, the room was cleaned a couple of times, before settling, and 1 time for the entire stay (towels and bedding were changed). Asked for a washcloth in the shower, no one brought it. You have to take out the rubbish yourself.
- At night, the lights are not on everywhere, on the 2nd floor in the houses you can kill yourself on the way to the room.
- Wi-Fi - as it were and as it were not. There are modems on the floors, but there is no Internet itself.
- There is a public toilet, but it's just awful. Without words.
