Rest in a warm, homely, family atmosphere!!!! The cleanliness of the rooms, the design approach, the most beautiful flowering courtyard and the unforgettable fables are the soul of the hostess!!! Lunch from the owner with elements of the national Odessa cuisine will not leave you indifferent (which only eggplants and an ear in this work are worth). To tell you the truth, we rested for the first time when we were driving, the common toilet and shower room was alarming (there are two of them). As it turned out, in vain, no one has ever stood in line! Trains do not interfere at all, as good sound insulation, with closed windows and air conditioning, sleep is sweet. There is also a kitchen with cooking utensils, a children's maze, a swing... and many other delights. The beach is clean, there are not many people (no one lies nearby and the sand does not pour while running). Two shops in two minutes on foot, the market - 15-20 minutes. Didn't want to leave at all...
Well, in short: when we left, there were full eyes of tears and I really wanted to hug the hostess (and she did reciprocate😊)

Cool house, super hostess, good cook, cooks deliciously. Renovation is fresh, everything is clean, beautiful, and most importantly comfortable. Everything is well thought out in this house. If you are with children, you are here, there are toys, scooters, a labyrinth with a slide. A nice pool that is illuminated at night with different colors is very beautiful, a pleasant evening atmosphere is created, you can order a hookah from them (good). I really liked it here, I didn’t even bother that the shared shower, toilet and small rooms didn’t interfere with my rest. Recommend!

Staying at Barkhat was really relaxing! We went at the end of August, a family with two children and with a grandmother. I can say thanks to Elena in the design of rooms of different design, everything is cool. The pool on the territory is cool, the playground is cool, the children didn’t climb out of there. The sea nearby is clean, the sand is clean, there are not many people on the beach, it pleases, it was very calm and not stressful, the whole rest was given to the attention of children and themselves. The place is really fabulous, fragrant flowers and trees grow everywhere, there is a small pond with a waterfall, a large blue swimming pool with clean water, sun loungers, a wonderful play complex for children, scooters, toys, gazebos, large swings, barbecue facilities, in general, there is everything for to have a wonderful rest and get a huge amount of positive emotions. We were fed very tasty, large portions. There is also an opportunity to cook something yourself, for this there is a kitchen with everything you need. There are shops nearby. In the triple room, we (dad, mom and two children) felt comfortable, cozy and clean, which is important. You can feel the hand of a very talented designer, and not only in the room, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. When it gets dark, they turn on the pool lights, the children were delighted. The sea is a two to three minute walk, there are few people on the beach. I was also pleased that there is a parking space for the car, it is very convenient. We will definitely come again and will definitely recommend the hotel "Velvet" to all our friends!
