The service staff is rude, there is no concept of good service. There is no drinking water, you have to take it with you or buy it. The public toilet is rarely cleaned during the day, the gas is until 23-00, and is turned off at 22-20. Weak pressure of water and gas. In general, the service is poor. The hosts need to hold a master class for the guest service staff.

They came in a big company, booked everything in advance, paid, everything was fine. As soon as we arrived, the first words from the staff were “You are creating big problems for us,” but we haven’t been settled yet. We took rooms for 2 nights and the whole "rest" was accompanied by constant gossip and discussions from the service staff. The important and dissatisfied look of these people and the supposedly whispering "well, the village has arrived" cheered all the time👍🏽 Although our company is rather big, but all our people are cultured. The location is great, the rooms are good, the staff are disgusting. We will never come again. My wish to the hotel owners is to change the service in the future.
