Reviews
On the territory of the hotel there is a lake and a swimming pool, which greatly saved our vacation, since during this period there was an abundance of jellyfish in the sea and swimming, especially with a child, was problematic. Therefore, the children mostly swam in the pool. Which, by the way, is constantly kept clean and cleaned.
The accommodation included breakfast and lunch for two. The food is quite good, despite the negative reviews that we initially focused on.
The dishes are home-cooked, tasty, hearty and quite dietary, suitable for children.
Despite the invasion of mosquitoes along the entire coast, they do not cause large-scale discomfort on the territory of the hotel. treatment from these pests is constantly carried out.
In general, the price / quality ratio in this hotel is on the level, the rest was pleasant and relatively inexpensive.
In fact, from the real disadvantages of renting this guest house:
1. Lack of utensils for cooking on an induction hob (what is the stove for if nothing can be cooked on it??)
2. Constantly breaking drain of the toilet tank, which the administration is in no hurry to repair (you give an application in the morning, in the afternoon you ask the question why you still do not flush the toilet, the administrator Andrey khamovito answers that he is waiting for the master .... The toilet is designed for 2 rooms.
3. Disgusting smell inside the guest house, directly in room 1/2. Dampness and stagnant smell like in an old closet. If you do not turn on the air conditioner, then ambets ...
4. To cook a shish kebab in the presence of YOUR OWN coals and skewers, the administrator Andrey offered to pay 200 UAH. It is clear that no one paid money for this service, which is usually available to guests for FREE, given that they live here.
Of course, this has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel and its service, but when heading here, it is worth considering that, in addition to other "pluses", here you will find a sea full of jellyfish the size of a basketball, as well as mosquitoes that will not leave a living place on you. .... especially considering that there is a lake on the territory of the Cote d'Azur.
From the advantages of the Cote d'Azur.
1. When the toilet broke for the second time, the administrator Andrey came personally after 5 minutes, which he especially focused on :-) probably influenced by my review, which I posted on the google map already on the second day of rest).
2. Close to the sea - across the road. Everyone goes to the beach of the Panorama Hotel, there is clearly some kind of agreement between the owners of the hotels, since they let you in on presentation of a number from the Cote d'Azur, you can take a sun lounger for free, there are no umbrellas. By the way, if you have a very big desire to relax on Azov and jellyfish are not afraid, you can consider the Panorama Hotel, it is on the first line, there are entertainment for children, including show programs, a trampoline.
3. The territory of the Cote d'Azur hotel is large, but mosquitoes don't let you walk, neither during the day nor in the evening, so we didn't walk much.
3. The main building of the hotel and the rooms reminded me of Turkish ones (we went there because our parents were resting at the same time as us in the main hotel). Their room was comfortable, with everything you need (white sheets, air conditioning, slippers, towels, hair dryer, etc.)
4. The kitchen in the hotel does not deserve a particularly good rating. According to parents, breakfast could consist of milk porridge, pancakes and scrambled eggs. At the same time, pancakes are immediately taken out, after some time porridge, then an omelette .... justifying that they do not have time to serve everyone ... (The hotel was half full during our stay). For lunch, soups, salads, meatballs, etc. Dinner for an additional fee.
Summing up, I can say the following: for me it was not a vacation. Constant escapes from mosquitoes, search for beaches without jellyfish, by no means a comfortable room in a guest house.
For myself, I concluded: 100% exact non-return to this place.
I hope my review will be useful to travelers. I must say right away that I am a tourist with little experience, but Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Qatar, Albania have repeatedly been in the list of countries visited. For $50 per day, which I paid in the Cote d'Azur, abroad I can rent a good apartment with all amenities + good service. Unfortunately, I did not find this in Berdyansk.
Good luck to everyone, warm sea and the pleasure of traveling!
staff: 5 out of 5;
number: 5 out of 5;
arrangement of the room: 4 out of 5 (there were not enough bulbs in the room, one day the TV did not work, one day there was no water for a couple of hours - but all this is trifles);
territory: 5 out of 5 (pool, vegetation, lake).
access to the sea: 5 out of 5 (the sea is 50 meters from the base, passage through the neighboring base with a remote control without problems);
breakfast (was free): 4 out of 5 (here is my personal preference, hearty, you can eat);
noise isolation from neighbors: 3 out of 5.
In short, with my own money - great, I ordered it through "booking".
In general, this is basic, but the hotel is really excellent price / quality, I recommend to everyone
