Guest houses near sea shore in Berdyansk

The best place to stay!!! Comfortable, clean, perfect room, hospitable hosts, cool courtyard with a playground, gazebo and barbecue, 7 minutes walk to the sea, excellent beach

The beach is 5 minutes walk! There are shops nearby, 10-15 minutes walk to the city or 5 minutes by minibus, which stops right next to the hotel and runs every 10 minutes

We were with two children and they had a place to play, which was very pleased. The owners of the guest house are very kind, attentive, they monitor the cleanliness around. So I recommend it from the bottom of my heart❤

An excellent hotel, there is everything and even more, reasonable prices against the backdrop of completely new and comfortable apartments, cozy and beautiful, friendly and attentive hosts ready to help in any matter

Great place to relax! Very cozy, clean and comfortable! There is everything you need in the rooms and in the kitchen! There is a recreation area in the yard: a gazebo, a hammock, a swing in the shade

Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation! We rested in the comfort room. The conditions are excellent, everything is there. Large shared kitchen fully equipped

There are no downsides at all. The sea is two minutes away, wi-fi is surprisingly there and it (Oh my God) has the Internet). There is a shop nearby, a canteen with homemade food. Beaches nearby for different tastes

we are thrilled!!! the hotel is new, the conditions for five stars (even for that kind of money) the owners are very kind and loyal. walk 2-3 minutes to the sea, there is a shop nearby. we will definitely come back again

Great new hotel, wifi, 2 minutes walk to the sea. Very friendly owners. We were very satisfied, we will come back again)

The mistress of the angel has a child of 3 years old, a sea of toys for children by age

On average, 600 per day, but this is with air conditioning and its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a full set of dishes. The room has towels, soap, t / w

I advise everyone, a great place and the owners are good, attentive and keep the order and cleanliness! If you go to Berdyansk on vacation, then only here!)

I definitely recommend it! It's cozy, comfortable, and the sea is nearby. This is our third time staying here. The weather was a bit disappointing, but otherwise, everything was great.

We loved everything! The service was excellent! The sea is nearby! The kids loved it! We'll definitely be back!!!

A wonderful place to relax!!! Very cozy and comfortable. The sea is nearby! I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved everything!!! It was cozy and comfortable! The hostess is very nice and caring ❤️ and makes delicious pancakes 😋 We'll definitely be back!!!

I really enjoyed my stay; it was cozy and clean. The hostess was friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I recommend it!!!

Perfect for those who are on a business trip and are looking for an inexpensive, but at the same time with acceptable conditions, accommodation. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay

Very comfortable accommodation. There is everything you need: a microwave, kettle, stove, even a large washing machine. The room is warm and there is always hot water. To the seaside square 10 minutes on foot

Fast check-in and check-out, the room has dishes and even a corkscrew. Cozy and comfortable. The car can be parked directly under the window.

I like it. There is liquid soap, toilet paper. Always hot water and warmth in the room. Clean in the bathroom. Good price - quality!

It’s good that you can pay for housing by the day

: in relation to price-quality 👍

This lunch wasn't worth the price, considering you could buy more and better food for less on the way to the beach. The only downside I can think of is the fact that the sea is far away

Well, the beach - there are sooooo many people, the water is dirty, the toilet is far away - children pee in the sea in front of everyone

But these are questions about the infrastructure, of course, but the roads there. In general, the walk to the sea takes 25-30 minutes, which is long and arduous, since we had to carry the stroller

The house has two floors, with the top floor featuring a balcony with tables and chairs, a perfect spot for family meals. The room has everything you need for a relaxing stay

We still ordered soup for lunch, which cost 30 UAH. Per person, based on average prices at cafes along the way to the beach, it's 20-25 UAH

Yes, according to Google Maps everything is close and wonderful, unless you're in Berdyansk, but in a tourist town where there are lots of sidewalks and everything is made for people, here they want to make a profit on everything, but the conditions are not very good

The children are constantly having fun))) the beach is good, the zoo is nearby, the water park, and the spit - it is nearby In general, everything is great!

We loved everything: the hosts were welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, the decor was cozy, everything we needed was there, and the shared kitchen was large and modern, with plenty of space for everyone

There was barbecue equipment, and tables with wicker chairs were on the balconies outside each room. There were several shops nearby, and the beach was 150 meters away

The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with new dishes and a modern barbecue. The hosts are very welcoming and the rooms are cozy. We really enjoy our stay here and recommend it to everyone!

If you're choosing an apartment for your vacation, Viola is definitely it. I highly recommend it! The rooms are clean, everything is new, well-maintained, and everything you need is there

New, cozy, clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the grounds are well-maintained and clean. Special thanks to the hostess, very attentive and welcoming

2021. August 14th to 21st. Nice guest house, clean, cozy. The nearest beach is a 2-minute walk away. It's small. There are other places to relax near the sea.

Without a doubt, I give it 5 stars. I also want to thank the owner of this wonderful little hotel, Victoria. Everything is clean and tidy, and there are two towels per room for everyone. The hotel is in a great location

The grounds are lush with flowers, adding a special touch, and most importantly, they're spotlessly clean. The owner polishes and cleans every day, and it's her brainchild. She takes great care of her property

The room has everything you need. And if you need anything, they'll get it for you. There's a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, and washing machine

We've been here twice (in 19 and 20), and if there's room, we hope to come back next year. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place for you

It's within walking distance of the embankment. There's a cafe and a canteen nearby where you can get an affordable meal

We left our bags at the receptionist and went to have breakfast, and then to the sea and to the water park. 00, our bags were already in the room and the air conditioner was on. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Very convenient location in the city center, in the same building there is a restaurant with live music Owl, we were worried that it would be noisy, but after 22:00 the music died down and nothing prevented us from resting

Two-room suite for 4 persons, for 2 nights cost 1800 UAH. The room has air conditioning, electric kettle and refrigerator and TV. We arrived in the morning when the room was still busy

We stayed in Azov for just one night, the impressions were positive. The double standard has everything you need, the staff is polite and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable

The hotel is not far from entertainment, but the rooms are quiet, nothing prevented you from falling asleep. Thank you, we will come to you again!

Everything is super! The staff is polite, the rooms are clean and comfortable. And the main thing is the silence in the room

From the pros: the hotel is really new, everything is clean, tidy, a pleasant smell even in the corridor (! "On the seas it is a rarity), there is a kitchen (everything is also clean, tidy) with dishes, two sinks, refrigerators, a kettle and a microwave oven

, toilet and shower, flat TV, chiffoner, pedestals, even a safe. By the way, we have a triple room. The name of the hotel speaks for itself "4 seasons", you can come here at any time of the year, the hotel is heated

The price is also reasonable (724 UAH), as for a suite and close proximity to the sea (3-5 minutes). In summer, most likely, the price will be higher. There are 2 air conditioners in the room

The sea is nearby, as are the entertainment on the embankment. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby

But you can have fun outside the hotel, fortunately, there is a park nearby, but this is in the summer, of course, in the fall, all the rides are closed or dismantled. All in all, we're glad we chose it

We took a suite with a balcony on the 3rd floor, everything is also clean, tidy, comfortable, in the evening after a long walk you lie on a soft comfortable bed and just enjoy yourself 😇

Everything is great: the sea is nearby, delicious home cooking, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

- Cozy green courtyard, there is parking. - Excellent location, close to the sea, to the promenade and entertainment

Excellent location. If you wish, there are three meals a day, spacious, the rooms are clean, the rooms have everything you need. I recommend, we rest here for the second year in a row, we really like it!

Lovely guest house! Polite and nice staff. Great view, and most importantly, with all the amenities.

- In general, pleasant and helpful staff, they met halfway, settled earlier, quickly resolved the issue with a clogged drain in the shower, helped with information, but: Minuses: - We clarified in advance the possibility of paying by card, i

Despite the fact that it is 100 m away, the main place of all the entertainment of Berdyansk, it is absolutely quiet here. But this already depends on the upbringing of vacationers. We like it so we came a second time

The owners and staff of the establishment really create an atmosphere of relaxation. Delicious cocktails and hookahs, a cozy terrace area. GORGEOUS SEA AND SUNSET VIEW !!! I was myself, I liked it

Chose a hotel because of the pool. The pool is more for luring visitors to the rooftop bar. There are no sun loungers, only poufs, which are useless near the pool. The rooms are not equipped with anything

Thank you very much for the excellent conditions for rest 💃 clean, comfortable, really atmospheric👍

Probably the best hotel in Berdiansk.

I highly recommend it to others!

The pizza is great! Thank you.

Very convenient location in the center just behind the lunopark) to the city beach is literally 5 minutes, so if you don’t want to go to the braid it is very convenient) the room is very clean, comfortable, quiet, there was a fridge, kettle, TV, conder and its own bathroom, the only minus thin walls and there were not many neighbors heard, but on the whole we liked it, the cost justifies itself

Quiet, calm, excellent rooms, inexpensive accommodation. Everything you need is within reach.

Nice hotel, beautiful territory, pool (which I have never used), you need to walk a couple of minutes to the sea, but there is a beach with sun loungers and awnings

In general, the hotel itself is not bad, if you compare. They rest mainly with families and there were no parties, for me this is a plus, a normal territory, there is a beach with sun loungers

The area around the pool is very well thought out: a child cannot accidentally get into it (in the evening it closes completely), but at the same time there is where to sit to dry, play near the water

For example, at first our children were afraid of the waves in the sea, but in a few days they learned to swim in the pool with the help of circles and armlets, after which they splashed in the sea with pleasure too

There is a brazier for those who want to fry meat or bake vegetables. Separately, it is worth mentioning the pool - an incredibly convenient thing, especially for those traveling with children

Provides daily bathing regardless of the weather at sea, the water is always clean and clear
