More than expected for a hotel in Tokmak. During my stay, the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

A normal hotel, you can stay overnight, there is even a kitchen (but you cannot cook there, a fine of 200 UAH). Good location. Clean and even cozy in its own way.

We were passing through the city. The staff is very polite and kind. Number 79 is excellent, chistenko. Fresh renovation, there is a kitchen.

The second time we come, the first time it was still warm outside, everything was in principle normal. Small hotel, not expensive. In general, since she is the only one, it will do. Here we arrived for the second time, it is November outside, it's cold, the heater practically does not heat, the room is 14 °. At the reception, they shrug their shoulders saying "what can we do". I categorically do not advise, to here you are all the same.
They could find a solution, such as offering additional heating, but they don't have it.
We probably came across a very good administrator (a short-haired, dark-haired woman), she tried to help us with heating, although this was already after our persistence. We were moved to a room where the air conditioner warms up. We were also provided with a second blanket.
For all numbers, the heaters are twisted one position, you cannot wind it up warmer (this is called redneck).
There is no pretense to the administrator as a person, but you need to be able to solve the situation.

The hotel is not large, more precisely one floor (fourth) in the building. Everywhere is clean, the room is not large, clean with everything you need, the room has a TV, air conditioning, a double bed, a bedside table, clean towels and slippers. There is Wi-Fi, hot water. Very friendly receptionist. Stayed overnight and were satisfied. The hotel is no frills and chic, but as for me, you cannot ask more from a small hotel in a small, non-touristy town.
