The rooms were very clean and very nice!! The staff was exceptional!! Jenya spoke English very well made my stay very comfortable and her advice for touring the city was excellent. Thank you. I highly recommend anyone to stay there for comfort and great guest care!! The kitchen and room service people were very courteous and friendly also. Thanks so much!!!

Was at the end of October, there was no heating at all, except a small heater which was not rescued from the cold, the blanket, too, left much to be desired,so the night almost did not sleep, has also asked to Wake up early in the morning but the front Desk made a mistake with the time and the call was half an hour later..overall, very disappointed with this hotel and left feeling that the money is wasted, the price-quality does not match! In addition, the Breakfast included in the price was more than mediocre. I do not recommend.

Warned in advance about allergies to dust, but to my requezt no one responded. Came to the room and was horrified! Dusty carpet, dirty towels, wardrobe terribly dirty, pubic hair on the bed and of course the web! To submit an inquiry to restore order, apologized and justified maid trainee! Then it all changed and wiped, promised in the morning to vacuum and politerati the floor!
Vacuumed bad! Didn't sleep all night, it was a nose bleed!

Came to Zaporozhye later in the evening, the apartment is not found - started to look for accommodation accidentally got on this.

Just great! The stations are very close. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Small minus - there is no restaurant. But you can order food in the room.

Great hotel with amazing people working there. They did assist us during our stay there whenever needed. Small but quiet hotel.
Only one disadvantage - they do not have an elevator.
