I missed a step and fell, and the hotel staff took great care of me. I enjoyed my stay very much!

I come here every year. It's close to the beach and there are many choices of food nearby. It's a great place to spend the holiday. The weather is great. All the photos I took are desktop photos. The spa center has great service. Make an appointment in advance.

Facilities: Good Sanitation: Good Environment: Good Service: Good, Very Good

We especially loved the fact that we could borrow bikes and surfboards

I DJ weddings & special events here often. The ballrooms and staff are the best. The food & service are excellent. Views are spectacular and the guest rooms are very nice. Highly recommend.

At 6:30 in the morning, the waiter was talking loudly at the door, making people unable to sleep

We stayed her for over a week for our honeymoon and it was absolutely superb. The service, food, amenities, and everything in between was 5 star. This is a deluxe resort for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. Each meal for all of the restaurants were delicious and fresh. The staff went above and beyond and made us feel special. We highly recommend!

Oh this place is absolutely breathtaking! From check in to check out the staff made sure there was not one want/need that wasn’t met! We traveled with a very large group & the check in process was so smooth for the number of people checking in. Upon check in they had welcome cocktails & water. The rooms were decorated very nicely & very comfortable. Turn down service was Greatly appreciated as well...

Everything was great until the checkout. I had purchased my brother a gift card as a wedding present December of 2020 for $1,000.00. When he presented the card at checkout he was told it was no good by Daniel at the desk as this was now the Waldorf Astoria. He proceeded to tell this to my brother multiple times and was quite rude. Great hotel and fantastic service. The resort, the room, restaurants, bars, pool and even the hallways are extremely well maintained, clean, and very welcoming, but what stands out the most in is this resort are the people who work there. Everyone that I had the pleasure to interact with from the front desk staff, bartenders, restaurant servers, pool assistants, house cleaners are truly the best....

Their is no words that l can that has been said of the resort extreme friendly and go out of there way to assist . I was disappointed with meal. Wow the way they resolved it was to make sure l was extremely satisfied. How many resorts would train their staff the priority goes to the guests. Kudos to management and staff.

This is one of the greatest spots in dana point. The views are outrageous. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The only part that I did not like was that a water bottle cost me 7 dollars. Other the that, it is a great place. Hopefully next time I have more time to golf. I did see that they have GPS on all the golf carts. It was very cool. The ballrooms for meetings were also very large and beautiful

The location is ideal, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfasts were wonderful and the wine and cheese Happy Hour was beyond our expectations (almost did not need dinner afterwards!).

We loved the location and the setting of this hotel. It is a perfect place for our annual family planning; great rooms with a view, good service, great food and amenities, and a very cute boutique hotel. We will be back every year!

Best birthday weekend celebrating my birthday, and it was one of the best days of my life , wished it was longer weekend.

Quaint but overpriced. Uncomfortable beds and basic food. Good cookies and coffee in the evening.

The Staff ,Room and overall the stay was excellent. Breathtaking views , our room was clean and so comfortable just to relax & enjoy wine and cheese hour The blue lanterns will never disappoint.. Breakfast in bed was definitely a plus

I didn't use the breakfast because I'm not a morning person but it was a good, comfortable hotel. I'll be staying here again when I come back next year!

Great stay, friendly staff and all the expected stuff. They also had a program for charging EVs and that was greatly appreciated.

Not a good value for condition of hotel. Good location. Small room with uncomfortable beds. Walking through the hotel, it does not feel or smell clean. The floors have stained carpet and the smell of smoke was strong. Breakfast was okay but not great. The breakfast area is way too small and it was hard to find a table for 4 people. I feel like we paid way too much for these compromises.

They offered breakfast but the quality was questionable. Three of us couldn’t eat it. The building smells and the hotel needs improvement however the location is good.

I enjoyed the location that was close to the beach. Near food and everything you need. Quite relaxing!

The room is good and safe. The service is also good. I went to the front desk to store my bag. The lady was very nice. She helped me put my bag in their inner room and remembered my name. When I went to get it, she recognized me and helped me push it out. Breakfast was also OK. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes up the small hill to watch the sunrise.
