Very solid stay overall. The property is clearly well maintained and it shows in the common areas, rooms, and facilities. Service was consistently good across the board. Staff was attentive without being overbearing and things worked the way they should, which is not always a given. Lovely resort altogether! Staff very nice n accomadating:) helpful rooms clean. Views wonderful. Fun resort vibe w newish aquarium/Terrerium balls on patio! Outside restaurant fabulous. I missed a step and fell, and the hotel staff took great care of me. I enjoyed my stay very much!

I come here every year. It's close to the beach and there are many choices of food nearby. It's a great place to spend the holiday. The weather is great. All the photos I took are desktop photos. The spa center has great service. Make an appointment in advance.

Beautiful hotel. Our balcony room was perfect. Food at breakfast and happy hour was very good. All the staff was friendly and helpful - especially Stan, the overnight gentleman!

Room was immaculate. The view of the harbor from our room was amazing. Loved all the little touches of hospitality....sparkling wine toast at arrival, wine and cheese hour, hot breakfast buffet, illy espresso machine in the room.

This is a well-run hotel. Great staff who know what they are doing. Excellent hotel!

If you live on the first floor, the staff preparing breakfast in the morning might wake you up. Also, the pillows are too high, the mattress is too soft, and the bed frame makes strange noises.

Leslie was great. From start to finish this hotel is amazing. Unique and unlike any other hotel stay. It’s original, fun and the views are spectacular.

The location is ideal, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfasts were wonderful and the wine and cheese Happy Hour was beyond our expectations (almost did not need dinner afterwards!).

Clean room. The only thing that the remote to t.v in the room was not working at night,so i went to bed and i tried it again in the morning and it finally worked. The t.v and remote in the restroom did not work at all.

The rooms could’ve used a little bit more tender, loving care as far as it comes to Cleaning staff was nice and friendly, but it is an old hotel but it’s perfectly located convenient to restaurants to Harbour Beach. Good location.

Very disappointed that they charge extra $25 a day for parking shocking. And the icing on the cake the gym is not working “under refurbishment “ I’ll think twice if I’ll stay here again. And the food choices unbelievably poor.

Although the property is a bit “tired”, the hotel is located close to a holiday party I was attending. Not wanting to drive home to Riverside County late at night, this was one of few Dana Point options available for my last minute reservation. Although nothing to write home about, the bed was comfortable, and the full-breakfast a nice surprise!

I didn't use the breakfast because I'm not a morning person but it was a good, comfortable hotel. I'll be staying here again when I come back next year!

Great stay, friendly staff and all the expected stuff. They also had a program for charging EVs and that was greatly appreciated.

I was a little disappointed because your description of the property was on the beach, and it’s not, close like across the street but NOT on The Beach! Other then that it was Great Breakfast and Beautiful scenery and right across from the room was the beach, so Pretty!
