clean room, friendly staff, good size resort area. It was cold during my staff so we didn't use the spa or pool. Cottage was smaller than expected, but we enjoyed our stay. Would visit this resort again.
Clean, cute, comfortable - a great value for napa! Pretty trail to walk on- nice hot tub & pool. One hot tub under renovation so the other was made available.
We only spent one there. The unit was clean and comfortable. The entry door would not close all the way unless you locked it. The unit was chilly when we arrived. We could not figure out how to turn on the heat or raise the temperature. By morning the temperature inside the unit was down to 63...it was chilly. Overall the place was okay. The property was way overpriced for the studio, but the front desk could not have been nicer and the grounds were amazing and quiet.
Staff was just above average in friendly and helpful and I mean everyone from front desk to maintenance! Cute, fun place to stay.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed!! The place looks just like the photos - it’s beautiful! They have complimentary wine tasting at 5pm daily, complimentary port for evening by the fire. The room was great, great vibe and very sweet spot. Unique experience and very homely. Only recommendation for those booking would be to not book the deluxe rooms if you prefer a quiet room, it is very close to the main lobby / parlor/ entrance/reception/ breakfast spot. You will hear everything very clearly. Otherwise it was a great place, great location. Definitely recommend.

Noisy until 10 pm because of party in conference room on first floor. We didn't know about this event and needed to wake up early the next morning. Customers should be advised of events or construction on site before booking room.
We enjoyed our stay on black Friday weekend at Hampton Inn. The breakfast was great! Our only issue was that the hot tub was closed. Surprisingly I asked about it at check in and the receptionist didn’t mention anything. So we went down in our swimsuits only to find out it’s not working! Otherwise, everything was fine!
Excellent location. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is close to good restaurants and shops. It's 2km from the city center. I would definitely return.
