- This home is located on a dirt road, which can get slippery when it rains a lot.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note, the driveway is steep and has hairpin switchbacks.
- Firewood is not provided for the fireplace. Guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase locally.

The Villa features three spacious king-bedrooms with plush mattresses that will make you feel like you’re floating on water! The master suite features a luxury bathroom complete with tiled shower, vanity, soaker tub, and built-in storage. The modern kitchen is complete with an island (only fitting for a coastal home!) and includes everything you’d need to prepare a home-cooked meal! Feel free to store your wine in the wine fridge, but please remember to take it with you, as we cannot be held liable for the next guests’ drinking habits. The dining table seats six and is located directly across from the door to the backyard, where you will find multiple seating options, including a cabana that seats 8! Our outdoor space also features recliner seats, a pair of cocktail chairs, and plenty of space around the fire pit to situate as many patio chairs as you desire. Back inside, you will also find plenty of seating in the living room and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and more already pre-loaded! Oh, and cable of course! Lastly, the guest bath has its own standing vanity, shower-tub combination, and plenty of cabinet storage. Enjoy the history and the modern conveniences together: 3 Bedrooms 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 6. Large 2700 sq ft home with gourmet kitchen and extensive grounds (all close to restaurants and wineries) Both covered and uncovered patio areas, spa, pool table, outdoor kitchen, large deck, gazebo, pond, horseshoe pits, and more.  This is truly a dream home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.

This home features a beautiful living space with a large open living room. The living room has leather couch, loveseat and chair and features a 65" Smart TV.
The kitchen would please a professional chef.  It is Fully-stocked with a 60" commercial Viking range with dual ovens, and stainless appliances. Small appliances include Keurig duo coffee maker(both pod and full pot), Nespresso espresso machine, waffle iron, Instant Pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, juicer, bread machine and more.  Enjoy using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.
The Master bedroom is downstairs with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 2 is upstairs, queen bed and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, queen-sized bed and 43" Smart TV.
The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in, showers with dual heads, towel warmers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies 
Outdoor Areas:
The outdoor backyard space features a large covered patio.  Also attached is a deck with seating and dining space. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in gas grill, refrigerator and sink.  Play a game in the horseshoe pits or head over the the additional outdoor area that features a 6 person, 45 jet spa, and outdoor lounge seating. The garden abounds with fruit trees and sprawling lawns while giant Oak and Walnut trees provide ample shade during the summer months.
There are ducks that free range during the day. A caretaker will be on the property morning and night to tend to them.
