Breakfast was awful, the hot tub was warm at best with weak jets. The beds are super firm with no mattress topper available.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it wonderful! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!

The room was less than expected. Bathroom door squeeked when opened and closed. That’s bad in the middle of the night. TV did not work. Bathroom vanity was very small. Unable to leave anything on the bathroom vanity. Staff was courteous. They charge extra for services that most hotels offer for free.

Super easy check in/out. Clean & quiet. This was right before the holidays so there were not kids sports teams. Super quiet & clean, easy parking. Our Keuring wasn’t working properly but that was the only hiccup.

I did the digital check in so I could “skip” the line to check in, but then it made me go shoe my ID to check in so had to stand in line to check in. So that was pointless! Elevator was broke when we tried to go downstairs! Hot tub was not very hot

Yes, the room was nice. Entry way into hotel and in the seating area was terribly cold. At best, the water in the shower was only lukewarm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was very convenient. I would be happy to stay here again.

Older rooms and decor, fairly clean. Very good service. Overall a great stay for the price.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. The bathroom also smelled like sewer, we had to keep the bathroom door closed with the fan running the whole night. Service was friendly

The only real complaint we had was every time we walked in the room it had a bad smell. After awhile you got kind of got use to it but was over powering when you first come in from being gone. Never got better

Edit: this used to be a best Western and because of all the negative reviews they lost the name because BW didn't want to associate themselves with them anymore. If that tells you anything. This Hotel is in a great location. However, when we arrived, we found the lobby and staircases around the building, with crumbs and dirt on the floors. Room was clean and looked like it had been updated in the last couple of years. The fan on the HVAC was a bit noisy. As was the refrigerator. I put a couple of plastic cups between the frig and the wall - it stopped humming. Very quiet room otherwise. The breakfast was the usual “hot” breakfast, but very good.

Wonderful hotel! Quiet, comfy bed, excellent wi-fi service, nice variety at breakfast, quiet heater/AC fan, and clean. If we are ever in the area again, we plan to stay there again.

Towels need an upgrade The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating for comfort was the towels. No nice puppy soft towels here. Seemed like they belonged in a cheaper hotel.

Dated property, the pull out sofa beds are in poor condition and dirty so don't rely on those when booking

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were tidy and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Spring Break Wonderful stay for spring break. Beds were comfortable and hotel was really clean and nicely made up. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked. I cleaned the bathtub which was not clean. Hair in the tub.

The facility was somewhat run down for the area it is in. It is dated, but was clean

Room wasn't clean well and the chair provided was awful. At least get a recliner in there. Plus, cabinets and such were very dated. Rooms need a refresh!

Would have been 5* if not for the rude house cleaner on the 3rd floor. Her professionalism is weak and rude.

All erer fine. There was time of water shut off. It came back soon. Bath tub appeared old and fittings little rusty. Everythig else were fine for the money we paid.

Everything was excellent, except the bed. The bed was hard as a brick.

Nice hotel, Clean and Great staff

Our bed was not the most comfortable. The rooms could use updating. It was an average hotel at the most.

Staff was very helpful and lots of parking

OK overpriced for what you get. Smelled like cigarette smoke on our floor when we got there, we complained andit got better. sofa bed horrendous

One of our favorite Marriott properties. Everything about the hotel made our experience just perfect, from the cleanliness of the room, the clean pool, the ample breakfasts, BUT especially the friendly staff that truly made us feel at home. It was nice and clean just not many amenities

The staff and management here were just great! For the price...it was a real bargain. The manager went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and my room was exactly what I was looking for. I recommend it for a clean, safe, and economical stay.

Not bad for it price. But motel 6 in Lenexa is nicer for the same price

The beds were not very comfy. This was the two full size bed room. The mattresses were on what appeared to be a wooden shelf that extended from the wall. Sheets were fine, however having an actual mattress and box springs would have likely improved on it. The highway noise did not bother us as I had worried, and though the people in the rooms above us were loud, very childish, and rude, one complaint...
