Best Western Cypress Creek in Biloxi

The hotel was just a basic Best Western, a little older one but, it was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Clara at the front desk let us check in early because we arrived in town earlier than expected. Breakfast is included and it was pretty decent for hotel breakfast. There was enough variety that my whole family found something they like. The hotel is a little bit off the main Beach Highway of Biloxi probably around 10 minutes away but I liked that because it made it less crowded and quieter.

This is my favorite Best Western, by far!!! When I walked in to check in, Keri, or Kerri, I'm not sure on the proper spelling of her name, was there with a bright smile. She was so amazing. Like she was the sweetest, most patient and kind front desk person I've ever encountered. She also was very gracious and helpful. She told me about the continental breakfast and the different amenities the hotel had and she was just so pleasant. The breakfast was good! They have a waffle maker so i was super excited about that. The bed was so soft and comfortable and so was the pillows. The room was very spacious and had a nice size refrigerator and microwave. The pool was nice as well. Had seating outside and it was very relaxing. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and kind, smiling faces, and just seemed like they wanted to be there. We absolutely loved our stay!!!!! We know now where to stay when we go to Biloxi. Thanks for the hospitality!!!!

Stayed here while on a roadtrip.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good water pressure. AC was very cold, as another review mentioned! Absolutely amazing breakfast. Every staff member we saw was extremely pleasant. Booking, check-in, and check-out were hassle free. Plenty of parking close to the door.

The room itself was humid when we first arrived (likely why so many reviews mention smells and moist sheets), but running the AC fixed it immediately. I think it's more because of the area than the building.

Very minor things that truly didn't impact my experience. The ice machine was slow, I would've liked an additional full size towel or two, the TV was low resolution, and square pillows were a little unusual.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredible with their customer service and knowledge always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious and roomy. Great amenities and breakfast. They had hot breakfast biscuit and gravy, yogurt, fruits and plenty of beverages. We will be back to visit and stay here again!

So based on other reviews you'd think the hotel is the worst one out there.. But it definitely is not! Yes the building is a little outdated (I saw some guys updating some stuff too!)
We were there for a whole week & didn't see any bugs, everything was clean, the ladies were all so sweet, Water was hot, air worked great, coffee was THE BEST & the pool was perfect! The breakfast was great & definitely not like a lot of the reviews I saw! I LOVE all of the southern hospitality💜

I had a wonderful stay a month ago. My friends and I were very comfortable. The were so cozy. The staff were courteous and went out of their to make our stay enjoyable. This place is on my list to return everytime I'm in town. As a matter of fact I'm coming back tomorrow. Thanks to everyone! Good job.

Loved our visit there. It was a lot better than the first place we stayed at and will go back they are renovating rooms slowly during the day but everything seemed to work.
