Our stay here was amazing! I stay in Billings a lot and usually stay elsewhere. I decided to switch it up and will be staying here from now on. My check in was fast and smooth. My room was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Very nice pool & hot tub. Staff was courteous. The hotel smelled good. Decent beds. There was a pop bottle and old candy under the bed though. All in all it was a good stay. We loved the later check out time, so we did not feel rushed to leave. We would stay here again.

The gentleman working the front desk was fabulous. He took a rough day and made it so much better. I wish I’d have gotten his name.

I love that you offer a hot tub and a firepit!! Easy parking - Plenty of space in our room. No complaints at all

I picked this hotel because they said there was a bar and it was not open. The night I was there! The conditioner was empty and the toilet intermittently kept running. Certainly not worth the price in my opinion!

Very good stay and is typical of other Hilton Inns that I have stayed at. Always clean and fairly priced.

Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn

The front desk person, I think her name was Lily, was about as good as it gets in the hospitality industry. She was awesome helping with every request I made and doing so efficiently, timely, and with a smile.

Clean room with a great breakfast! Room was spacious, bathroom was a little small. I would stay here again. The downstairs bakery is amazing to buy from. Didn’t explore other included amenities.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean ! I’d stay there again and recommend this Inn to my family and friends!

The room was clean, the area is safe and Stella’s breakfast is amazing. We choose The Clocktower every time we come to Billings to see family.

I called to get a shuttle from the airport and they were not available, the hotel ordered me an uber and let me check in early. My room was clean and quiet. Excellent stay, I highly recommend!

Easy check in with very friendly staff! A great location to walk to many restaurants, breweries, and shops and 100% perfect stay if you are attending an event at the Pub Station! Love the breakfast at Stella’s!

Kelly Inn Billings

My ONLY issue is that the bed frame has these 4-5" metal flanges that stick out of the sades of the bed. My shins and ankles have some soreness as a result. PLEASE replace these bed frames with something better and less injury prone.

Clean room, comfy bed, pleasant staff, typical breakfast, well maintained breakfast area. Right off I90 abd next to Cracker Barrel Good value, would stay again.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The young lady was very professional and made sure we understood all of the things we needed to know. The room was nice. We were very impressed pets stay free as we had a puppy we were bringing home. Because we left early in the morning, we did not get a chance to use the breakfast, but we did appreciate it was available.

There was hair in our bed so it obviously was not changed between guests. The breakfast was sub-par. The good thing was it was easy to check in and the staff was friendly.

clean and quiet. Didn't like having to return our towels and get clean ones if we stayed more then one night. I can do that at home for free.

Staff very helpful. Very clean. Our go to motel when we are in Billings! Like the location.

Clean facility. Very efficient friendly staff from front desk to breakfast to cleaning. Booked through 3rd party due to difficulty getting phone number to reach front desk. Was given business card so can book directly.

It was a great stay. The room was clean and quiet and the service was excellent!

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the location was just across the parking lot from the hospital. The neighborhood was very unsafe and rough. I would not recommend going out at night or going to the convenience store next to the hotel.

The room was very spacious, clean and well taken care. The staff was very nice, and professional. I will stay there when I return to Billings.

We didn't get the chance to experience breakfast as we had a very early flight out. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

When I arrived at the room, the windows were wide open to the 20-degree F weather outside, and the room was the exact same temperature. Unfortunately the little heater in the room couldn't keep up, so it was absolutely freezing in the room all night, with no extra blankets in the room :(

Upon arrival the Lady working the front was so kind and attentive, the rooms were actually nice and clean, they had breakfast and it was the same lady and she was very friendly and accommodating. Overall wonderful hotel

The staff is what makes this Inn my favorite spot. Frendly, kind, helpful, welcoming, just to list a few. Atleast the frobtdesh ladies. I havent met any of the other staff. The rooms are always clean and tidy. I recommend this Inn to all my friends and family.

I love the way Charly ran the place it's the Best motel ever in B-town.I love da Way nobody uses drug's or steals from you.Best breakfast but WiFi sux at a respectable Price u can't beat.

the bathroom needs to be updated, otherwise the room was very nice. The location/map link from the Expedia/Google website has the motel in the middle of the street nearly 13 blocks away from the motel.

Staff was great. I know yu in renovation. But there was a bit of noise at odd hours. Cant wait till done. Because bathroom really needs fan, vents a nd covers for lights. And toolet was not bolted down. Tub needs work. But like i said yu are in midfle of renovations. Let me know when your done. Dont forget electrical, nothing would stay plugged in. Would be nice to have cable too. Tv was kinda difficult...

Everything was terrific. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Will definitely be staying there again when we travel to Billings.

Nice place Absolutely loved breakfast. The food tasted fresh and it wasn’t gross lol a lot of the time breakfast bars are at hotels, but not this one. The beds weren’t super comfortable, but they were OK. Really nice clean hotel.

This was a great stay. I was so happy with the property and how comfortable it was to take some extra time in the morning to study and journal. The breakfast dining area was excellent, and the rooms were great, too.

Breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and what a comforting atmosphere. Thank you for a delicious meal and a clean room.

Nice two bedroom suite. Hotel close to all amenities. Only area i think could improve is breakfast quality. The young lady in charge was too busy on her phone.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be near King Avenue or 24th Street! It was very clean and my room was super nice! I definitely recommend staying here!!

Will definitely be back. Best place when you don't live in Billings. They keep your vehicle for a small fee and shuttle you to the airport. A new feature is the addition of texting with the desk to make reservations and ask for airport pickup.

Boothill Inn did a wonderful job for us this past weekend. We were in Billings for my mom's funeral, and around 30 of my family stayed at Boothill. The rooms were fine, the staff was friendly, and the let us gather in their coffee area after 10 on the morning! It worked so well for our group and helped make our weekend special. I would definitely recommend!

Great time. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to the Metra Park and many good food venues nearby.

We had a great stay the family suite with the bunkbed was so nice and your shuttle driver is AMAZING! Thank you for making the first leg of our trip go so smoothly!

Property and room were clean! Staff was great! The only thing is that there could be a better selection of pillows! Other than that everything was great! Thank you Boothill!

Boothill has been our got to for years when traveling through Billing. They are friendly and clean with good space in each room. The breakfast has been good and hot along with the coffee.

Had to move rooms because toilet didn't work. New room had stains on matress and wasn't very clean. Shower was not clean at all. Not impressed with this hotel.

A very good place to stay. Great value, clean, better than average breakfast, and friendly staff.

Everyone of the staff were so helpful and have amazing attitudes, especially Angela! I feel bad for them that they’re up against some maintenance failures. This is usually the case of not getting a lot of help from the higher ups and not the fault of all the hard workers running the place.

The bedsheets had black hairs all over them. There were a pile of towels laying in the hallway in front of a room. When we asked to exchange rooms, he gave us another room. My husband went and got the key and our six-year-old found a bag of pills laying on the floor obviously they hadn’t furniture to vacuum. When we inquired about the restaurant across the street, we were told it was like an Applebee...

Very spacious room. With comfortable bed and nice quiet room. Could hear some outdoor noise but very little. Hot tub and pool were nice. Staff friendly, and Breakfast had

Clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options

The room was very clean. The fitness room was filthy. Dead bugs on the window sills, carpets not vacuumed and treadmills did not work. The television was on very loud in the breakfast area and tuned to a channel that did not reflect all the guests staying at the hotel.

Kitchen employee was very kind. House keeping keeps it nicely cleaned. Conveniently located Room door did not shut all the way, make sure you push it so it does close. Issues with key cards and someone that was not us checked us out at 4:45 am while we were still asleep. The lighting in the room was very dim. Pillows are lumpy. Pool closed for renovations. But if you just need a place to sleep...

We appreciated especially the well-maintained breakfast area and the cheery woman who ran it.

The elevators were having problems, and maybe caused the gasoline smell in the hallway. It was so strong it made me sick. For a Fairfield I was dissapointed.

WiFi would not connect and pool and elevator out of operation. I have limited mobility.

It's a motel 6. It's very affordable. We traveled with our 6yr old and felt safe enough. We couldn't lock the window and we were on a ground floor room. But we managed to lock it with some stuff we had. The area is industrial and nothing easily walkable. But everyone was kind and there wasn't anyone untoward around.

There were no blankets on either bed. Nice guy brought down 2 when I asked. One had a mystery stain, but the other was fine.

Doug & Jamal were great. Service was awesome. Coffee always hot & Doug's professionalism was off the charts, grand. Mr. Jamal was very courteous and great manners. Ty room #120 Kim Dunning & #238 Dylan Dunning

The room was clean and comfy - slept great! I like the location on the west end near lots of places we want to go when we are in Billlings. The staff was helpful and our check-in was smooth. We have stayed there many times and have never had a bad experience. Great stay for a great value!

We almost never make the budget choice in accommodations when we travel, but were just staying a few hours, and needed a comfy, clean place to sleep. It was a pleasant surprise! No frills, but super nice, efficient desk staff, and a plain, but clean and fully adequate room. Shower was tricky, and dripped all night, but no biggie. Love the remodel choices -- hard floors (no carpet to get nasty) and...

My experience/stay here was great! Staff was friendly. Location was close to hospital and gad/food services! The pool was a plus, as my daughter needed to unwind after a long day of tests. The room was clean, beds were not as hard as most, and the coffee was hot and ready in the morning! Overall price was excellent & fair! Will be staying here again during my daughter's surgery! Leave the light on...
