My wife and I ate at the restaurant on a whim and boy howdy was i impressed. We had the elk tbone and the butcher's cut steak. Holy cow was that one of the best steaks I've ever had. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The server, Brooke, was helpful and kind. When my friend couldn't find her credit card, she went above and beyond to help her find it. The room was comfortable and the view of the city from the room was lovely.

Nice motel. We came in late and they were very helpful and got us checked in right away.

There is no breakfast offered. There are coffee machines in the room. There is a coffee shop on the Prout separate. It would be nice to have drip coffee in the lobby for guests.

Our stay here was amazing! I stay in Billings a lot and usually stay elsewhere. I decided to switch it up and will be staying here from now on. My check in was fast and smooth. My room was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Very nice pool & hot tub. Staff was courteous. The hotel smelled good. Decent beds. There was a pop bottle and old candy under the bed though. All in all it was a good stay. We loved the later check out time, so we did not feel rushed to leave. We would stay here again.

The gentleman working the front desk was fabulous. He took a rough day and made it so much better. I wish I’d have gotten his name.

I picked this hotel because they said there was a bar and it was not open. The night I was there! The conditioner was empty and the toilet intermittently kept running. Certainly not worth the price in my opinion!

The floors were not clean. Bathroom floor was sticky, a wrapper in the tub, no coffee cups, one coffee. Called the next day to have them clean the room. Was not cleaned when we returned. was going to pay for the last night at the desk, they wanted $511. Nope, if they want to charge that much, make sure the rooms are clean.

Staff was great the room was not that great the bathroom sink was slow draining. We had to get a shower curtain from the cleaning staff there was no shower curtain.

Good value for the price. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms could use new grouting to spruce them up. Pool and hot tub (1 was out of order) were nice. The extra charge of $5 to use the water slide was I unexpected! Staff was friendly & accommodating.

I didn't look closely and initially thought it was a BW Plus hotel. This hotel was disappointing; pink fungus was clearly visible in the bathtub, and neither of the two washing machines worked during my stay. Thankfully, there was a public laundry room across the street. The breakfast was average. Not good value for money!

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Despite air conditioning running all night, it did not work so our room was hot and very uncomfortable to sleep in. It was late when we arrived and we were too tired to try to ask for a different room. Breakfast wasn't the best but coffee was wonderful.

My ONLY issue is that the bed frame has these 4-5" metal flanges that stick out of the sades of the bed. My shins and ankles have some soreness as a result. PLEASE replace these bed frames with something better and less injury prone.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The young lady was very professional and made sure we understood all of the things we needed to know. The room was nice. We were very impressed pets stay free as we had a puppy we were bringing home. Because we left early in the morning, we did not get a chance to use the breakfast, but we did appreciate it was available.

There was hair in our bed so it obviously was not changed between guests. The breakfast was sub-par. The good thing was it was easy to check in and the staff was friendly.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The waterpark was a huge hit with the kids, and they had so much fun enjoying the slides and activities. The staff were wonderful very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was decently clean our top sheet had something hard on it and the staff replaced it immediately. We thought the water park would be included but it is not. You have to pay at a discounted rate to enter the water park.

Stayed for surgery at Billings Clinic. OK facility within walking distance to hospital.

Conveniently close to downtown, super helpful and kind staff. A well maintained older property. Breakfast area was congested/tight.

The property was very clean and within walking distance of Billings Hospital system (if that’s what you’re coming for). We were just passing through and it was a convenient stop with a great bed, tv, AC, WiFi and a fairly decent breakfast. Within driving distance of downtown which had some great restaurants and breweries.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. I checked in late, and the staff was very accommodating by getting me into a room right away. Unfortunately, the first room had flying bugs, so I immediately informed the front desk. The staff responded promptly and moved me to another room, which was much better. Our room was dirty, there waa hair in the shower. The shower head waa broken. No toilet paper dispenser, bathroom faucet hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Towels had stains and carpet in our room and hallways was dirty. The breakfast area was small and crowded and many things broken or dirty. Beds were clean and comfy. We slept and checked out early. Will not stay again.

This Hampton is very clean. Staff is friendly. The location is close to the interstate so easy to get places and close to coffee and eating options. It is in a light industrial area but quiet and surrounded by other hotels.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. Room is clean. Towels are not replaced daily. We had hung up our bath/shower towels so that was not a big deal; we did run out of face wash cloths. I am sure if we had called the front desk, they would have accommodated us immediately.

Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. Wish we would have stayed here on our way to Colorado. Instead we stayed here on our way back. Very clean. Staff was terrific. Good breakfast. Rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable. If we ever come through Billings again, you are our first choice.

Stayed a night here passing through to St. Louis, beds were comfy. It was quiet. We arrived at 1am and were checked in immediately. Breakfast was good too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will stay again on our way home.

Had food in the stairway for 3 days. Original room smelled extremely musty, but they allowed us to change rooms. Customer service was very good.

The room was super dirty the bathroom smelled like pee, the carpet was so sticky our socks would stick to it, and the curtain looked like it had blood stains on it. The owners of the property should be embarrassed on how dirty the room was.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The rooms are clean and updated. The staff is helpful and pleasant to talk to. The breakfast was good and had multiple choices. We will continue to stay here when we travel to Billings MT going forward.

Had to wait 10 mins for clerk to come out and check us in. She was still buttoning up her pants and fixing her belt in front of everyone. Room was nice and clean but the lights and noise from outside was so loud and bright in the room. It sounded like the window was open but they do not open.

When I arrived at the room, the windows were wide open to the 20-degree F weather outside, and the room was the exact same temperature. Unfortunately the little heater in the room couldn't keep up, so it was absolutely freezing in the room all night, with no extra blankets in the room :(

The staff is what makes this Inn my favorite spot. Frendly, kind, helpful, welcoming, just to list a few. Atleast the frobtdesh ladies. I havent met any of the other staff. The rooms are always clean and tidy. I recommend this Inn to all my friends and family.

Will definitely be back. Best place when you don't live in Billings. They keep your vehicle for a small fee and shuttle you to the airport. A new feature is the addition of texting with the desk to make reservations and ask for airport pickup.

Boothill Inn did a wonderful job for us this past weekend. We were in Billings for my mom's funeral, and around 30 of my family stayed at Boothill. The rooms were fine, the staff was friendly, and the let us gather in their coffee area after 10 on the morning! It worked so well for our group and helped make our weekend special. I would definitely recommend!

Boothill has been our got to for years when traveling through Billing. They are friendly and clean with good space in each room. The breakfast has been good and hot along with the coffee.

The bathroom is terrible, dirt and grime in coners , sink was all chipped paint, lots stains. Halls all dirty not vacuumef. No hot water at 8am . Breakfast was fruit gram bars tha were beyond pull date

I was surprised that the unit had a little kitchen even for an overnight stay. The parking lot was well lighted with ample spaces available. Nice dog walking area. The bed was comfortable & quiet.

It was a good place to stay. Liked the large fridge and nice kitchen area. Although did not cook in it bc only there one night. Beds great! Pleasant location. It is an older extended stay America compared to others I have stayed in. It could use some updating: carpet, bathroom, kitchen table chairs, fridge.

The room was very clean. The fitness room was filthy. Dead bugs on the window sills, carpets not vacuumed and treadmills did not work. The television was on very loud in the breakfast area and tuned to a channel that did not reflect all the guests staying at the hotel.

Kitchen employee was very kind. House keeping keeps it nicely cleaned. Conveniently located Room door did not shut all the way, make sure you push it so it does close. The elevators were having problems, and maybe caused the gasoline smell in the hallway. It was so strong it made me sick. For a Fairfield I was dissapointed.
