15,000-square-foot pool deck renovations are complete. The renovation features new landscaping, multicolored chairs and umbrellas, and a design inspired by the beaches of Rio de Janeiro, making it one of the best pool experiences in Las Vegas, open seasonally.

No hot water in the morning resulting in cold shower.
- Will stay here again next time!
No coffee machines in any room. We requested one and were told there is a Starbucks on the first floor. It opens at 5am. You can only imagine how busy it is and how long it takes to get a simple cup of joe. It's a racket.
Lastly, the ventilation in the casino is poor. You are immediately hit with the smell of smoke and it doesn't disperse ever. All of the other casinos have really good ventilation and you cannot even smell the smoke from smokers.
The AC in the room in not adequate as it only moves air 2-3 feet from the vent near the floor. So, don't expect it to be cool in the room.
As a World Hyatt member, we expected better.

We stay for 3 nights, rooms are spacious, clean. Staff is provided nice service, but rooms furniture are worn-out.
