The hotel is nice and good value for money, with rooms overlooking Lake Tahoe. Everything you need is nearby, and transportation is convenient. The only downside is the lack of breakfast; you have to eat out, which is inconvenient. The parking fee felt a bit overpriced, but otherwise it was great. I'd extend my stay for three more days.

We returned to our room after being in the casino at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. After an hour of waiting on the Engineer. He determined that the air-conditioning was broken...

If you're looking for a clean, cost competitive, average place to stay- this is it. We weren't looking for fancy, just a clean place to rest and have stayed here more than once. The room was nice and there was a nice big walk in shower. Casino wise it's not for the high roller. We are not big gamblers so it didn't matter to us. We booked a double queen room. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is under construction and confusing to maneuver during the construction. The ****** is quiet, lacking many popular games, including table games and the energy is just off.

Hotel rooms seemed to be totally remodeled. Very nice decor with huge bathroom and balcony facing the snow capped mountains. Close to all attractions.

Very good! Hardware: very new and clean. Each room has a balcony and fireplace, especially the bathroom is large and fully equipped. Service: warm and thoughtful. Excellent hardware facilities and beautiful environment

This is a must-stay hotel when you come to Lake Tahoe! All the details are perfect. The bistro on the first floor of the hotel is also amazing. Every dish is great. A great experience!

The accommodation was very good.

One of the best resort hotels in Lake Tahoe, California, USA. Welcome champagne, unparalleled lake views, and a fireplace in the room. The food is exquisite, the service is warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is very atmospheric.

A hotel worth recommending. Since I haven't traveled well for more than three years, I specially chose this resort hotel for relaxation and healing during the itinerary. Everything is satisfactory, beautiful scenery, delicious food, and enjoying the SPA. The feeling of physical and mental pleasure.

Our suite was nice, really big, and clean! Check in was easy. They say the pool is within walking distance and it is...kind of... but we wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi without walking a good distance in the cold so we drove to the pool.. also it is a bit if a drive from the tahoe strip so keep that in mind.. but over all a very nice stay and we would definitely stay here again...preferably when there...

All the so called “amenities” were closed, Covid like… other than that our unit was very nice especially based on some photos I saw online. Ate several times at Fox & Hound & would highly recommend that establishment. Walking distance but otherwise up & down the grade every day.

We love the resort, our unit. It had a great view. But the Kitchen area (specially above the counter’s ceiling) noted many spots of grease residual, that’s not right. Last day of my stay, master bathroom’s toilet got overflow.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Skiing at Heavenly is a short shuttle ride away. The shuttle picks up at the driveway to the property. Units are large and views are amazing. Unit was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was hard to navigate due to snow and ice (Tahoe had record snow fall this year). The gym is vintage. Good game room for those not skiing.

A fantastic VI Resort. As always, the condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean. The staff are kind and helpful. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and had very cute decor. The fitness room was small yet well equipped. My husband was able to catch the shuttle right outside to ski at Heavenly. We look forward to visiting again.

Great location a short walk to the gondola, as always. Room was very clean and daily room service was much appreciated. My only disappointment was that breakfast was discontinued.

This hotel perhaps was the best option for budget and location. 10 min walking to almost anything. Parking with no extra fees. Room was clean. No weird smell at all. No noise. Heater works just fine. I can't think of complaints at all. Can't be more happy with the stay. I will surely come back.

It’s very good place and the staff very nice and communicative. Very close to all restaurants and shopping center and heavenly gondola. The room was very clean. It just need some upgrade. Overall, I will come back here.

The room was ok, better then most in the area, some stains on the carpet. The staff was mostly courteous. I asked for late check out but the cleaning staff knocked on the door twice, and a 3rd person knocked and immediately opened the locked door and had one foot in the room while I was throwing on a shirt and walking to the door. Everything other than that was ok.

I love this place I've stayed here many times over the years and rooms are always clean quiet, comfortable, well appointed and friendly staff.
