Location is perfect, steps away from the heart of town.
Love the "Book the Beach" program where they set your chairs and umbrellas up for you at no cost.
Occasional free extras, like food trucks on certain nights - we had a taco truck one night while we there, and they offered two free tacos per person.
Negatives:
Room could use a good update - furniture and bathrooms seemed musty.
We are a family of 4 and couldn't find any options for 2 queen beds so we went with a queen + pullout couch which was like sleeping on rocks.
The blinds do not shut out any light, you are up with the sun.
Other than the occasional food truck or event, there are no other amenities like coffee available, no place to purchase food or drinks. Would have loved a bar by the pool, or even something as simple as a water pitcher. You need to walk into the town for anything unless you brought it yourself.
CONS: Only two and, again, may only apply to the unit I stayed in. The main one was the mattress was hard as a rock. Not pleasant to sleep on and which was exacerbated by the second issue - the bedroom blinds didn’t do a great job keeping out the light. So, by 7am it was quite bright in the room.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach, and our space was designed in a way that gave us plenty of room. If the weather had been bad, we would have enjoyed staying inside too.
