The staff at this property were very accommodating and attentive to my family’s needs during our Thanksgiving stay. Property was very nice, well maintained and quiet and private. Everyone had a wonderful time. It’s great to be on the receiving end of great customer service. Special thanks to Chad!

It was close to the beach and an easy drive to and from various attractions.

Room was clean and the staff were great. We love staying at Seascape.

Excellent place to stay The place is little old but is in great condition, convenient and super clean plus it’s affordable. It deserves ten stars.

Enjoy the association pool Memorial Day to last week in September; tennis and basketball courts all year dawn to dusk! Easy access north to Duck/Corolla or south to Manteo or Hatteras and beyond!
The space
Enter thru the gated patio at ground level to the the front door of your condo. This door leads you into the kitchen/dining/living/laundry rooms and half bath on the first level. Take one set of stairs up to two master suites. The queen bedroom whas a slider door that leads out to a balcony with views of the ocean is the distance. The king bedroom has a large window with similar views.

You will have full access to all areas with the exception of locked owners closets.
Cusinart AirFryer available for use in kitchen and crockpot!

Condo Association Pool/Court Access:
The pool opens the weekend prior to Memorial Day weekend and closes the last Sunday in September. The pool hours are 9am – 8pm until Labor Day and 9am-7pm after Labor Day.
The tennis / basketball court is open all year. The hours are dawn-dusk.
Please Note: The association has the right to change the availability of these amenities at anytime however this is not related to your accommodation booking and therefore no discounts/refunds will be awarded if these amenities are not available during your stay.

New appliances, well stocked kitchen and a backyard yard or patio/deck area to relax on. Grills available to cook outdoors as well! The right shed door has beach equipment for guests to use!

Located close to MP 4 and 0.6 mile walk to the beach!! Our tree line provides excellent privacy. The outdoor patio at the entrance has a table with 4 chairs and umbrella. An outdoor shower nozzle is located to your right to rinse off sand. The front entry door leads you into a sunroom with a cozy sofa/pull out futon with a connecting laundry room. The next door leads to the rest of the home-the living room, full kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms and one full bath! Smart TV with streaming services is located in the living room and ceiling fans throughout! Large open private backyard situated on a Sandune!

Beach was pretty well devastated from the storm the week before sad to see how much Beach erosion had occurred

Overall great stay. Lots of space. Could use a better cleaning between guests.

It was very clean and close to the beach. Cant beat the price.

The location to the beach was excellent. You can do long stays because of the amenities.

We'll Be Back Aside from not having a labeled parking spot for cabin #12, I dont have anything bad to say. Clearly you are not renting this spot for it's modern day curb appeal and if you are bougie and expecting above par conditions, don't bother. When we walked inside, we were certainly blown away with how spacios and neat things were. We are used to the country and our home is older so this place...

Comfort Inn South Oceanfront

Over priced for the dated facility then billed extra upon arrival for incidentals. What incidentals? There is no mini bar and who makes any calls from a hotel room phone these days. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have to work with as it did appear clean.

As an older hotel, it has a few cosmetic things but nothing major. Very quiet but also off season- great rate!! We had an issue with the blow dryer which was taken care of very quickly by maintenance. Enjoyed our stay

Yes the room was clean. I give special thanks to Pam Spruill to saw me looking for help in the hall way. I had a large spill of coffee. I wiped the area however needed a serious cleaning. She was so kind. Cleaned the area and there was no evidence of it.

Great beach front view, easy access and parking. No smart TV in the room, but the only TV I need is out the window!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, I appreciated their help in any situation I had.

We really enjoyed our stay because of the convenient location, friendly staff and their pet friendliness. Matter of fact, they have a resident kitty that greets people as they walk in. The breakfast was great, too.
