We have stayed at Woodspring Suites multiple times and have never been disappointed. This trip we had booked a double room as usual as our daughter that goes to NDSU would be staying with us. When we got to our room it was under renovations. So we went back down and were told they didn't have anymore doubles as there was the state wrestling tournament in town. They offered us 2 single rooms that were across the hall from each other. Not what we wanted. My husband asked if there were any other options and the clerk said there was one other room. It turned out to be a larger room with one bed and a love seat. He told us he would move the love seat to the end of bed and since it was a larger room he would bring in a bedframe and a brand new mattress. They went above and beyond for us. This hotel is always clean and the staff is excellent. We highly recommend it.

I planned on staying until Monday morning. The first guy I checked in with and renewed with yesterday was great. Then this morning at 9:45 I’m startled awake by someone constantly knocking on my door. Then they’re talking about checking out mad. I call down stairs and definitely greeted with no concern and slight attitude. I’m just going to find another place! I drive for a living and frequent this area I won’t be back!

Booked a standard room. The furniture had scrapes and dings all over, one of the beds was broken, there was missing enamel in the tub so the black layer under was visible, and the kitchen was outdated. The front door was narrow as well as the getting a trolley to the elwvator. It is also near a mobile home storage facility and there were a few disables vehiclea arpund. Stayed at others in the chain but this was just not as well kept or updated.

There was no coffee to be had at this establishment and no ice machine the beds were the worst I have ever slept in

No pots, pans, plates etc.. in kitchen. Room was surfaced clean, not side ig table or stains off the wall. I used a wet rag and they came off easily.
At night i looked sy the door and around top, botton and door jam on opening side i could se approximately an inch of light cominf trough the sides of the door. Door didn't clise right.

I didn't know smoking rooms still existed and was less expensive than all non-smoking options. Room was very large, 2 burner stove & full size refrigerator. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Coupled with affordable I know where I'm staying every time I visit Sioux Falls

I was here for 7 days, no turn down service they told me i needed to bring down my dirty towels and they wpuld swap them for clean ones. Absolutely terrible accommodations
