This hotel seems to not been maintained, or deep cleaned in a very long time. It looks like its falling apart. The location is awesome but our room just felt looked dated and dirty. The windows and floors looked so dirty. And it just seemed it hadn't been cleaned properly since I was able to wipe down stains from furniture and and bed headrest.

Not the best experience staying here for the first time. Dirty stained towels, stained bath tub, stained bed sheets.

Clean room. Staff was friendly. They’re talking about an upcoming remodel. It does need it. They do the best with what they have. I’d say worth the price we paid. But don’t expect 5 star facilities.

The property at puente vista is always well maintained and the views are priceless. The units are clean and well kept and ease of fishing is fantastic whether you have a boat or not. Very relaxing and gives that tropical feel. If you run across anyone everyone seems quite friendly. I am always looking forward to coming to island and staying here. It always feels like my home away from home.

Good stay on Padre Island. Nice, spacious place to stay in convenient location in quiet area. Pool was lovely. Property could do with some renovation (especially the outside woodwork) but was very comfortable and well appointed. Docs Steak and Seafood (just a very short drive away) was absolutely excellent with great food and service.

Overall the place was nice but had some concerns. Need to put some form of tape or decals on sliding glass door otherwise someone could walk through it as our granddaughter almost did…thankfully door did not shatter! Also, 10 am checkout is absurd when check-in is at 4 pm. Especially given they want place cleaned up and dishes done.

This is one of the most, if not the most friendly staff ever seen from all the times I have visited Corpus Christie.. the front desk exceptional, the breakfast is the best breakfast in all Corpus Christie, will definitely stay there again with no problem, clean, friendly, 10 start for the way the make me feel while visiting.

It was ok... Hotel was centrally located surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Down side for us was the outside smoking, the hotel is on the verge of what some may consider outdated. Outside littering was an issue and our 1st rooms door wouldn't seal off from noise and easy to possibly jimmy the lock because of the gap. Average hotel. Crack in picture on wall that was covered in blue tape. Not a big deal, just ugly. Shower curtain was stained. Dresser drawer was broken. Lobby was very nice. Everything was pretty clean. Check out at noon which was a bonus.

Rooms are not cleaned daily, stayed one week only One day, my bed was linens were gone then they stopped and said “they thought I left 4 days early”. Other than that, my room was never touched.

Very great people just a little loud on the weekend within 10 minutes to north beach breakfast was pretty good self serve no one bothering you while you eat great service 10/10 recommendations also pretty close to a handful of gas stations.

Breakfast consists of stale waffles cereal and toast... Beds were comfy... Pool was pretty dirty and the hot tub is no longer there.. The fitness room is used as storage so you can forget about using it.

No smoke detector in room, it was legitimately just removed out the ceiling and there was just a hole with wires sticking out. No wifi. Lights didn't all work.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. The maid service is great!! They are remodeling or updating but still off er an amazing price with pets allowed being a bonus. Hot water never ran out, made bed everyday, and replaced towels everyday, And cleaned rooms everyday!! We will definitely remember this place if ever in area again!

Some people whine when they stay at a budget hotel. Remember the price you paid? Deal with it. It's worth it. Outside, the hotel is shady. Exposed wires in some places, or insulation in others. Lady at the front desk was very friendly even when we ran into a situation (bed sheets and blsnket) . The blanket on one of the beds was full of pubic & human hair. Completely unacceptable. The lady came and re made both beds with all clean linen and blankets. Very satisfied.

It's an amazing place to stay. Parking was not that bad. Our room was great. shops and activities within walking distance. We will visit again. Our host was amazing—a very nice person. Our room was cozy, and the bathroom was huge.

Lovely Place for a Relaxing Time We loved our stay here. Room was clean, cute, and unprententious feeling. The service was very good. Natalya was friendly and helpful, bringing us ice, coffee, and fresh towels. As animal lovers, we enjoyed seeing and petting the friendly hotel cat too!

Great little place right on the ocean looking at the USS Lexington. Owner is on site and happy to help and easy to communicate with. If you want something unique with little fanfare, cold AC and to be left alone in peace this is your place.

Property could definitely use some upgrading. It is a gem and could really be a standout property due to the location. I would recommend putting some utensils in the premier Lexington Suite and complete some landscaping around the property.

The rooms were definitely clean, but what truly stood out was the staff member overseeing the breakfast area. I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed in countless hotels, yet she was by far the most cordial, friendly, and attentive staff member I’ve ever encountered. She checked on us constantly, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Bring your own supplies The room was ok, down falls were no shampoo or hand soap,so I had to run down a cleaning lady for soap, she said they dont place any in the rooms due to stealing and no coffee machine as well.

The housekeeping could do better, we asked for extra towels we had to go up & get the old towels to get new towels. We asked for toilet paper we had to buy our own because we was on a one roll minimum. The housekeepers spent more time on the phone & hiding in the rooms instead of cleaning. Our first night there we checked in with Jesse, and he was awesome. He was so helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and everything was stocked. It was nice that it is located right across the street feom the beach, but there wasn't a whole lot in walking distance.
