The bed was rough and there was a stain on the pillow on the chair. Made me kind of wonder how clean the rest of the room was.

Checkin was 40 minutes delayed. Room was comfortable. Decor was nice. For an upward end hotel, customer service could be more informative of amenities. Tremendous opportunities for up their game.

We have stayed here before. Everything is great except for the strong odor of pot that was present for both our stays.

The breakfast food was cold. Biscuits were cold. Waffles had no taste. Coffee machine was slow and didn’t work properly. Very subpar.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were immaculate and we always feel welcome.

Room smells clean, beds are not bad but the pillows kinda suck as they are the smaller squares. The hotel let us check in 25 minutes early. The hotel was clean all around and the pool was nice for the kids. I would definitely recommend staying.

AC/Heat unit was poor. Thermostat seems to not work resulting room being too warm regardless of how low the setting.

Simple, clean rooms with ample parking at a great price. A few clicks from shopping and dining. Check-in/out were quick and easy. This has become our go-to stop when in Lubbock. There are no breakfast offerings, but for a small fee (7.50) you can have a quick breakfast item delivered to your room. There is also a snack room (credit card only) if you have the evening munchies

Room was clean and comfortable. This hotel doesn’t provide breakfast in a designated breakfast area. You can order a very limited breakfast which will be delivered to your room. It is an extra charge.

This was a last minute booking due to availability on a graduation weekend. The place was well kept, nice rooms. The fact that they have a full on kitchen is huge though. Amenities well stocked, bathroom very nice, bed comfortable. Caleb at the front desk checked us in and was very accommodating, managed to get a laugh out of BOTH my 11 and 12 year olds which was impressive! I tend to judge a place...

Conveniently located to the highway and major shopping areas are within 5 miles. Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Although room does not come with plates/ utensils, it was super easy to get some from the front desk. Michelle at the front was very nice, friendly, and welcoming.

Property is nice service is awesome but unfortunately this time the room was not so great. No curtains and the blinds would not close right. Water was barely warm to shower

Our bed in room 111 was loud, when we moved it was like banging the trash can outside. Food seemed undercooked, staff was nice, no hot tub, it felt unsafe, you could hear people talking outside, and the door entrance, the glass was shattered like it was shot.

This is a good motel to stay overnight. Good value. Safe parking. Easy access.

Room was good. Clean. Had a lot of trouble with room cards. Had To go back to office on two occasions to get them to work. Total of five trips. Continental breakfast was good first day. Second day was not stocked and out of items. Staff was not concerned about lack of items.

Asked twice for a handicap, 1st floor room. There was availability. Got a 2nd floor room as far from the entrance as possible. Elevator floor was peeling up, and it took forever to go 1 floor. The room was ok, but there was paint spattered all over the bathroom door and cabinets. Just neglected. The bed was good and the lobby is very nice.

Hard to figure out access from Loop 289/Marsha Sharp Freeway. Leaving property also took a couple of tries using different exit points.

Starr was great. The door key was hard to get to work. Sink drain was slow. Toilet was loose from the floor. The blow dryer did not work.

It was very aggravating trying to find tv channels. There was a guide on the screen but it didn’t identify what channel it was without trying each one. A cheat sheet with the main networks would be nice. Most place’s I’ve stayed have them.

Room was pretty dirty. Tub/shower drains slow and shower water came out in tub more than shower head. Only 1 pod for coffee pot and when I went to front desk she said they didn’t even have any more! Not enough shampoo/conditioner, soiled washcloth and only one. Clock/radio didn’t work, some lights didn’t work, very dirty window and air/heater was so dirty we didn’t even want it on! We booked 2 rooms for Texas Tech graduation. The hotel was quiet , clean and convenient to down town

Room was clean but had only 1 washcloth for 2 people. Had to call for more. Tissue box was empty but brought us another one. Overall very pleased for the price

Fantastic breakfast. Good location. Nice employees. Only issue was that light in the bathroom flickered, and it needs a lamp on both nightstands in my opinion. But I’m older and it was difficult to see. We scheduled another trip in 3 weeks so that tells you it was a nice stay! Ty

The room had a musty smell but overall descent. The room can use a deep cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights will consider staying again. Breakfast was good, needs fruit choices, but overall good.

All good except we found a tick in the bathroom floor that crawl on too the floor towel. Room needs to be fumigated

The manager was very accommodating. We were in town due to an emergency. Our plans were 2 days but things changed and need to extend our stay. I returned later after checking out, told the manager we needed to extend the stay he got us back in the same room and early so we didn’t have to wait. He is a very nice man.

Breakfast foods that were supposed to be hot were cold. Most foods were empty and not being refilled.

The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean. I had a big king size bed all to myself. I did not see any issues in the room other than some wear and tear. There was a hot breakfast in the lobby each morning which includes eggs, sausage and an option for making a waffle.

Room was clean and heating worked great. Downside was there was alot of hallway traffic throughout the night; room was aged, mattress was very squeaky. Overall, good for a one night stay.

Now I am talking about the very best coffee on Avenue Q. I suggest everyone try it with your mornings there shall be no disappointments I promise. I say...I wrote and I approved this!

The staff make this rating four stars. The room was less than perfect, in need of serious updates. Bed was comfortable, bath needs work. The staff was excellent, all the way around, from the pick up at the airport all the way through check out. Friendly, courteous, and responsive.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were amazing from the night reception to very since bartender. I loved the atrium needs more plants though-there,other than that this will be my #1 place to stay in Lubbock TX. Close to Medical hospitals and Doctors offices.

Room had patches peeling off, bathroom needs update, toilet had to be flushed 2-3 times every time it was used. Costumer service was great breakfast awesome… building has to be renovated for the price you guys charge it needs more color and updating

The room was clean, beds, comfortable, toilet paper holder was loose and probably needs looked at. Breakfast was pretty good. The front desk said there was a waffle bar but there wasn't. Omelet was good, would like to see ham as one of the omelet ingredients added.

Room condition was poor. #136 Door locks were loose. No body wash or soap bars. Carpet loose. Furniture worn.

I was really impressed by the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is older but the staff is doing a great job with maintenance and service. It is a place that I will use the next time I return to Lubbock.

Breakfast and happy hour are great but the hotel is so dated. The pool area was very dirty. I hope they renovate soon.

Everything weas excellent, from the staff and check in to the rooms. The breakfast was great and a step above the normal hotel breakfast. The one complaint and only complaint is the complete lack of any USB outlets in the room.

Staff was great. Vanessa was very helpful getting maintenance to our room to address a lighting issue. Maintenance was great addressing a lighting issue and anticipating a heater issue. Breakfast staff is ALWAYS wonderful.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast attendant really hustled to keep the food stocked and the tables cleaned. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was convenient to the Grace Clinic next door.

We did experience some noise during our stay, pretty sure it was the elavators sounded like they were out of balance. Might want to get them checked out. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and will stay there again.

This was a good hotel. It was spacious for myself, spouse, and two kids. The hotel was fun as well. We loved the hot tub. It felt so relaxing and perfectly warm. Also, the breakfast was really good. It was hot with different varieties. Overall, we liked it given the price.

The bathrooms are big. Beds are big and comfortable. My complaint is parking. There are only 3 handicap parking slots up front. There's another spot that is actually closest, the first spot that is a self paying electric car charging station. It's offensive to those who need the closest spots to the door.

We had 3 rooms. Toilets ran and didn't flush well. One sink was plugged and wouldn't drain. The towel rack had been ripped out of the wall and placed behind the toilet in one bathroom. The mattress kept sliding off the bed frame. Some showers had good water pressure, but others had very weak pressure. The guests in the next room were very rude, partying loudly until after 4am, even after asking...

The entrance and lobby if this hotel are much nicer than the rooms. The rooms are an adequate size but are old and not very clean. Upon arrival, I noticed mold on the bathroom tiles, hair in the bathroom sink and poop stains on the toilet seat. I ended up cleaning what I could as best as I could and we stayed one night. We won't be booking here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Smoke detectors were stacked on dresser upon arrival. Traveling with 3 small children so smoke detectors are important. Called front desk and was assured they would send maintenance to fix them at 3pm. Left for the evening out and upon return detectors still had not been hung or even touched. They did not respond to test button either. Notified front desk again...

There was a bad smell in our room, and over cleanliness was not good

Staff was great, accommodated us to a low floor. The rooms need a lot of updating and more USB plug ins. I’m on a special machine I have to plug in and didn’t have enough beside me. If people weren’t friendly I would not stay, but they help people come back..just one wash towel, when we turned AC it smelled like onions! I sprayed air freshener to make it smell better.

Each one of the staff members spoke to us every time they saw us.

Front desk staff was kind, she didn’t say much, but you could tell she had lost her voice. In the room, the AC was shotty. My largest complaint was that the sheets had a musty odor, like the bed had been made, but they weren’t cleaned prior to our stay.

The breakfast was cold and sub par but the server there is annoying and gripes at the guests constantly. A new server would be an improvement.

Room was a great size for the price and overall was clean except for the sink drain... I had to scrub it down with the provided soap and scrubber. Black gunk and sewage smell, but after a deep cleaning the smell was gone. Other than that great stay; bed comfy, water HOT, and Breakfast was decent. The room was okay but needed a fresh coat of paint. Microwave smelled bad. The bathroom had rust all over the walls and the door was loud and hard to close. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed.

Great staff at front desk, informative, and very polite despite the late hours. Room was very clean, spacious, inviting, and most of all thermostat works! Beds were comfortable, pillows could’ve been bigger, overall very pleased with my stay.

I did not ever ask the name of the lady at the desk who checked me in each visit, and I am sorry for that. She was so very helpful in a time of need for me. She prayed for me, and each time I saw her she checked on me. I truly appreciate that. She will never know how much her kindness meant to me.

Much of the hotel is currently in poor condition. The majority of the rooms have been closed and can't be used to accomodate customers. The hotel started to renovate some rooms, but the number of rooms awating renovations is important.

Brenda and Rosa are amazing ladies. The customer service here is fast and easy. They take care of their customers. The house keeping people are wonderful as well. The price is amazing as well. I highly recommend motel 6 if you need a place to stay.

Guess they thought they could get some quick money from a Canadian. The guy working the midnight to 8 am shift was exceptionally friendly. The room was perfectly acceptable for a $60 stay on a Friday night. We were just passing through town and needed a safe place to sleep and Motel 6 provided that.

Looking for a haunted hotel with a ghosty that screams out at 2am, then 5 stars. If you are not interested in that, then 0 stars. But it was clean and breakfast was good, so let's average it out at 3. Good for the price. Would stay again, just not in room 115. (Which is next to laundry, not another room on the side which you would think the ghost is yelling from. )

Service is great. The room beds could us a couple more pillows that have more stuffing. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent. However cleanliness of the room was great. Breakfast was great also, but I couldn't find any protein (bacon, sausage, or ham). Overall I would stay here again. The price also was no bad at all.

We have a family of 5, The rooms were nice and spacious and the front desk associates never complained when we asked for pool towels plus an extra blanket and pillow!! We received the best customer service from Brett and plan to come back again!! Thank you for your great attitude and excellent customer service!!
