Courteous Staff - Christmas friendly

We typically will stay here twice per year. It is convenient to shopping and dining. Love the fact that you can walk to most places and it’s a pretty walk. Staff have always been great.

The room and property were very good. Great location. However, the noise at night in the halls was a problem. Lots of teens staying and partying in the rooms, constantly chatting in the hallways until 2-3am.

Clean rooms, clean building, and friendly staff

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. It had great service and we could walk to many shops or restaurants.

Perfect Stay for Our Wedding Night We stayed here on our wedding night and had a great experience! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was having a Starbucks right inside the hotel—such a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

Deep cleaning pool during state swim meet weekend Pool was being deep cleaned. Would have stayed elsewhere since was there for a state swim meet with kids that want to swim more. Otherwise hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I wish I would have been told about the pool.

Multiple Front desk Staff not the kindest. Breakfast staff and cleaning crew were very warm and welcoming.

Our family booked several rooms for a funeral. We spent a lot of time out at the pool/hot tub area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. There was an attendent constantly refilling breakfast options and wiping things down. Very clean and friendly staff.

Average, a good choice in the Plano area

Location was decent. Could’ve been cleaner, some orange yellowish residue on the walls? Toilet stopped up with toilet paper, but quick to be fixed. Front desk person was nice and helpful. Free hotel breakfast was edible.

Location very easy with restaurants and markets all within walking distance. Rooms large and very clean and house keeping attentive. They also are not intrusive - pool is clean, breakfast is a bit better than the usual that you get other mid range hotels. The front of house staff are fantastic and friendly with lots of advice and help. Only one was well below par who was absolutely a "not my job" person...

The room seemed outdated and was smaller than other Courtyards we've stayed in.. The room felt stuffy the majority of the time we were there. The thermostat only had AUTO mode and no option to switch between heat and AC. The front desk was courteous.

There were restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to the highway. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed four nights with breakfast - not worth the $11 per day extra for limited breakfast items. Parking maintenance is additional $3.8 each day. Staffs are great. Room is clean.

Very nice and clean. The pool was closed and they should have said that before check in. You could go next door to use that pool which was better than nothing but inconvenient.

Easy check-in, clean and quiet rooms. Whenever I have business in Plano, I stay here. The breakfast could have a little more variety, however.

Clean and friendly The hotel was within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. About 1/2 mile away. There are some restaurants closer but downtown is where we went. The room was clean and staff was friendly. One of the guests was rude by yelling and screaming over a minor incident with staff. Breakfast was ok. Good choices.

Nice, clean room. There was construction going on nearby, so nothing was walkable. Would stay here again.

Clean and friendly…meets my requirements

The room originally assigned to us smelled mold-ish. We asked for a different room. But the lady at the front desk told me they don't typically allow room switching. It is weird since we just checked in like 2 minutes.

Room was clean but quite dingy. Furniture was stained. We didn't want to sit on the upholstered couch and chair. Walls frayed. Tile in bathroom was damaged. Closet door was damaged.

This place is a bit long in the tooth. Finishes are frayed, furniture and carpet stained. Breakfast was elaborate though. We felt safe but a bit uncomfortable with the dinginess.

Desk staff was courteous. Other staff, not so much. Staff saw me assisting an elderly person and closed the door before we reached it.

Noisy Neighbors Hotel and staff were great. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. However we did not sleep well, or sleep really, due to some VERY noisy guests in the room across the hall that came in screaming at 230am and continued to party and fight until someone else on the floor called the police. Police came at 330am to deal with the situation but we did not get much rest to say the very least...

Room was clean and the location was convenient with access to 75. Restooms were clean as well.

Room was impeccably clean. Love the huge walk in shower. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. I reserved a smoking room by mistake and she got me into a non smoking with no problem

Lani, Armand, Shideh, and Travis run a very professional and first class business at this Plano location. They are always extremely helpful to everyone. Great hotel, I stayed here for a month in a suite with kitchen. I had great time. All staff is very helpful and friendly from front desk to housekeeping, very modern updated room and extremely clean. The price is also very reasonable. If you every need a hotel in Plano, this one is the way to go, strongly recommended.

This hotel had a quiet clean room with adequate kitchen facilities for Extended Stay. The housekeeper and the manager were friendly but the front desk lady and daytime staff were invisible. I was here with a family member for 9 days who was on bed rest so the quiet and comfort was important. We had the suite with two bedrooms. This is the absolute BEST Extended Stay that I've resided at. The Manager and her Staff provides excellent customer service unlike the ESA on Vantage Point in Dallas! Armand, one of the CSR's at this location is super cool and is very professional. A staff is only as good as their leader!!! You would appreciate staying at this location.

Currently here now so far excellent customer service. Young man that works the night shift super amazing! Rooms cleanliness on a scale 1-5 I'd give it a 3.5 because my towels weren't clean. Seemed like towels that were left over from previous guest. Breakfast on a scale 1-5 is definitely a 1. All they offer is mini muffins and coffee. No juice. Worst complimentary breakfast that I've had at any hotel...
