This Hotel has staff that are very accommodating as rooms are upkept before arrivals, to be available at the time of check-in. The lobby as you walk in, has many refreshments and personal hygiene in cases, in case it may be to late in the night or early morning to make a stop. The guests here are all friendly. Very convenient, very good price. They work with you if you homeless. I don’t as a different hotel and they put me out at 11am. Delta inn is not like that at all just communicate with them and they will work with you!! Highly recommended!!

Good place. Rooms are big Price is amazing for the week. Love the owner he works with you. No hassle!!! If you need a break and save money come here.

My stay at the Delta Inn was great. Service is was excellent; the staff done a job well done , from the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance. I had gotten a chance to meet the owner Manish, and he is a great guy. And a great owner as well❤️

Breakfast was ok, not very hot or fresh. Oatmeal was not hot and very clumpy. Biacuits, bread and rolls kept falling apart. The beds in the Queen Suite room were very very uncomfortable, to the point that you could feel the springs in the bed when laying down on it. Made for a very difficult night of sleep. Rosario was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us food options that would be open for the holiday. Breakfast options were limited due to holiday, but it was communicated well.

Breakfast was a bust. Good idea just not flavorful. King bed with 3 tiny pillows. Called and asked for more and was told they didnt have any. When we checked in nothing was said about breakfast times or anything, just handed the key.

- The pull out bed was not made up with fresh sheets. It looked as if the bed had been slept in used sheets. + I would like to point out that the receptionist was very upbeat and helpful all while working when we checked in late that night and she was there again the next morning. She was friendly and the only one working.

The room was very clean. The staff was super nice. Everything was very nice.

Staff was very courteous. However, none of the thermostats in the room were not functioning. The water in the shower was lukewarm, and the breakfast food was distasteful. The room was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. The TV’s, however were very difficult to navigate with the menu guides.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. Room pricing was good. Only negatives to our stay was the room had a terrible smell on the second day we were there. We ran the air conditioning to help alleviate the smell but it took some time. Also, the noise from the I-35 freeway made sleeping difficult.

The property entrance was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was not very clean, it had a strong odor that appeared to be masking foul odors. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and it was questionable if they were washed. We were only there for one night and it was very quick so the room did its job. The major advantage was the location was very close to our venue

Easy access. Comfortable bed, soft sheets and towels. Large suite room. AC struggled to maintain temp. Really annoying hurdles to access “free” WiFi (sign up for their program or watch a video - repeatedly because it kept kicking me off). Wouldn’t attempt to work from the room on WiFi.

Room was decent. Found a few issues with the sofa bed and you had to flush the toilet like 4 times before everything went down. Pool room was ok but the smell of chlorine overtook everything. The pool stayed extremely cold

Decent location and for the price it was well worth it. It’s an average hotel

The room was nice and clean and price is always low and fair. They have coffee and they do not charge extra for pets!!!

There was a roach in bathroom and one dead by the door of the bathroom . Other then that everything was okay .

It's motel 6, can't expect much. But clean nonetheless. But sheets

Bad smell The air conditioning system needs to be upgraded there, and when soon as we walked in a few nights, it felt like somebody was smoking pot and their pillows were really horrible

The stairwell is in need of a renovation. Peeling paint and the odor of cigarettes. Upstairs smelled not that great. Room was clean, but hot water heater was out. Shower had lukewarm water.

Super friendly staff, clean environment and at a great affordable price. 10/10 definitely recommend this place

Everything above. If they had a morning pot of dark brew coffee to compliment the light brew at morning quick brkfst ie grab ‘n go… I would give a “great” as advertised/expected for sure👍 Definitely had a good stay and no issues re. my dog. Plenty of areas to walk/take dog out around & behind hotel.

The manager Diana again went above and beyond helping today. This location is amazing.

Overall hotel condition was poor, but room was clean and beds were properly made and maintained.

Staff was great all of them , except that grinch white lady at night she rude and worthless
