- I really enjoyed my room in the main building overlooking the main street. - The hotel’s common lounge was a very cozy place to sit and relax. - And of course, the location was great. The bus stop for the Mt. Stowe shuttle was across from the hotel and very convenient. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were pleasant …. Bathrooms are in desperate need of an update . Oh yea and I got food poisoning at the restaurant.

Clean room , staff was amazing , ability to walk to shops and resturants and amenities were wonderfull( outdoor pool, hottube, sauna , game room and evening social hours

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, average price for the area. Did not receive a feee breaksfast. Did we miss something?

The best place to stay!! We stayed in the Mill house and let me just say it was perfect. The rooms were spacious and felt cozy. The staff were so helpful. The room was always cleaned and the staff added fresh towels daily. They have so many amenities. Honestly, one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I have zero complaints. Book this hotel!

This was a beautiful Inn. The onsite restaurants are great. We loved how convenient it was to everything.

The room was spotless, although the bathroom had some minor maintenance issues. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable with lodge atmosphere. We spent lot of time at Roost, the on premise bar and restaurant. The kids also got a lot of use out of the pools and hot tubs.

Everything at Topnotch is excellent, not only breakfast ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely will be back

The limited breakfast was disappointing, but the staff were super helpful. I loved the proximity to the mountain.

The breakfast menu was absolutely fresh, with lots of healthy options to choose from, including kid-friendly options. Ski slopes were easily accessible as the resort has complimentary shuttles to the slopes. I absolutely loved the fact that there were sleigh rides right across from the resort which is absolutely nice and convenient as an added and must-do activity for families. The room is big and I love the fireplace. Having free breakfast is a plus and the hotel over all is very lovely.

A great stay at Stoweflake Resort! Family of 5 in 2 rooms in the main inn. Indoor pool & hot tub were welcome after a day out in the snow! Super convenient location in the heart of Stowe! Lots of shops & restaurants within walking distance. 20 min ride to Mt. Mansfield base camp. Beautiful roaring fire pit outdoors at night as well as inside the lounges. Would stay again!

Breakfast is ok, fewer than a normal conventional, otherwise everything is good for the price and location

Always enjoy the Stoweflake when we come ski. The newer hot tub is bigger than before and the new hot water heaters provided us with nice hot showers. The place used to be really great, then it slipped, but now seems to be getting needed updates.

Staff was very friendly and great. Fireplace in the room was very warm and welcoming. Only flaw was the hot water in the shower could have been warmer. We have been staying here for years and love the location and affordable rates.

Everything was great except for the lack of hot water all weekend. We told front desk several times and their response was “I’m sorry it’s because everyone is taking showers at the same time”. But all weekend even in middle of the night no hot water?

Fun place to stay with kids. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Appreciated fresh coffee always available. Hot tub was not available, which was disappointing, but everything else was great.

Staff was amazing! Went out of their way to make sure our stay was good. We have stayed here multiple years. Since the hot tub was being repaired, they didnt charge the resort fee. They really are customer focused. The breakfast is really nice (danishes, yogurt). If you stayed here before, you might have expected hard boiled eggs and cereal too, so that was the only thing that threw us off. But we...

The staff was fantastic! We enjoyed the common room with fireplace. Although the pool and hot tub were t working the staff particularly Ethan was hospitable and was able to reimburse us for inconveniences which was greatly appreciated.

The good things were excellent, but some areas of improvement too. On a positive front desk staff super friendly, free continental breakfast excellent (Cabot Greek yogurt and wonderful granola). Afternoon cookies delicious. Housekeeping did excellent job refreshing room daily. The double queen room itself was a bit tired/dated, and heat hard to get a comfortable setting (and it’s loud). Everything was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. We were welcomed warmly by the friendly fellow manning the desk. I only gave it 4 stars because the property is still under renovation, so the pool and hot tub weren’t available, and we weren’t able to get the first floor room we had reserved. I have no doubt that a future stay would earn full marks.

It's good, I would stay again, but it has gotten quite expensive for what it is and what they offer. It's nothing special, but they charge a lot. Rooms are fine, clean, but not super big or special. Some noise from bowling is audible.
