We randomly stopped by on a 17 day Uzbekistan tour and originally only wanted to stay for one night but prolonged our stay because we liked it that much. Extremely friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and modern rooms, free parking, good wifi - in general excellent value for money. As I was traveling with a small child, I very much appreciated the possibility to go swimming in the public pool right across the street (100 kSOM entrance fee for 2 hours) and to visit the circus right next to it. Would love to come back to Almalyk for either business or as a tourist.

Great newly opened hotel with good standard. The only downside was not to have the possibility to regulate the heater, but I've learned that this is standard there and you need to open the window to adapt the room temperature.
The staff were very friendly and even tough the restaurant was not opened during my stay, they managed to get breakfast from another restaurant.

I arrived to hotel at 11pm, stuff were sleeping, I asked them the room that I booked a five hours ago but when I arrived, stuff were really rude with me and i was forced to go late at night and search for another hotel. I had terrible experience.

I stayed at the Almalyk Plaza Hotel in February 2023. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - the hotel is nice and modern. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly - especially Monica whose English speaking was great! I will stay again.
