We enjoyed our stay here! Lots of parking, clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and great breakfast. I want to come back and swim when the pool is filled :-)

We enjoyed our stay at Univers Hotel due to bad weather last night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy beds . Air-conditioning and large bathroom. The receptionist was gentle and very polite. Breakfast included for every room. It is located near the state road that takes to southeast borders and main cities Korçë, Pogradec. WiFi is not available for some reason. We didn't ask for it.

Basic hotel in the area. Rooms are clean but facilities are a bit dated. I.e. Shower door leaks water in our room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very basic washroom supply with small packets of shampoo only. Not expensive and reasonable pricing. Included breakfast but need to pay for coffee.

Nice hotel, room had a comfortable bed and was decently sized. The bathroom was a little run down and shower door was missing so water splashed everywhere. Hotel staff were kind and service was brilliant. The location is good only a 10 minute walk from Elbasan centre, and the room has wonderful views. Thanks for having us.

Very tidy and well looked after hotel both inside and out. Great location on the main road into Elbasan, and close to amenities like supermarket, money exchange, highway, etc. Breakfast is made to order and always great taste and freshly prepared. I stayed at the new wooden villas at Kriva Palace in Elbasan and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely 10/10, and the place itself feels magical, surrounded by trees and fresh air. I’m already looking forward to summer so I can try the private pool reserved for premium guests. I would definitely go back. 🤍🤍🤍

I’ve been to this café and had a coffee – it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. The place also includes a hotel, but I haven’t stayed there, so I can’t comment on that part. The café is nicely decorated, clean, and offers free Wi-Fi. It’s easy to find, and I definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for one night, we arrived late in the evening and they welcomed us even at that late hours. The room was nice, clean, the bathroom looks very good for an Albanian hotel. We payed only 25€ per night without breakfast with the room bar included. The minus is that the air conditioner was kind of old and did not face the hot weather and was very loud the road till the hotel is not that good...

The hotel is comfortable and is located in a very quiet area with a great view. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The access road could be a challenge for less experienced drivers, but once you drive, you will see that is not difficult at all. The breakfast is more than enough, althought based only on sweet products.

Arrived in Elbasan from Berat and spent a night here. Couldn't find anything good on booking.com and for some reason very expensive more than 40 eur per night. The bus from Berat dropped me right at this petrol station and the hotel is located in the same premises. Rooms are clean. Big double bed with mini fridge. Prices are fairly cheap based on the hotels location, Rooms are well managed and taken care clean throughout every corner of the room, bathrooms are quite huge and tightly clean, Service was amazing they treated me with respect and they also have a mini bar with various coffee choices . would definitely recommend had a fun time staying there!

Elbasan is a good city for Albania, but I would not recommend Elbasan tava.

Very good place with many restaurants, cafes. Also every summer and winter they have Diagoras toys in the city: train, cars, trampoline, popcorn with colors

Amazing hotel with excellent location, good free parking, very friendly staff, very beautiful and spotless clean room and wonderful breakfast. It was truly an amazing experience and I wish I had a chance to stay there longer than one night. Truly recommend!

The staff was welcoming. The room was big and cozy. The breakfast had quality ingredients. It has a rooftop bar but the rooms have great noise isolation.

I stayed in Hotel Monarch for 4 weeks while working in Elbasan. The hotel is situated in the city center with restaurants and supermarkets just outside hotel. Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Clean and wonderful service. I recommend this hotel for short or long stay!

It is such a beautiful place and well designed. My friends and i really enjoyed staying there for couple hours. The service is really good and kind. The quality is good and the price is normal. And not too expensive.

Wonderful small boutique hotel. They have very few rooms, pristine, modern and well made. Very nice compact room layout, quiet, super clean, very helpful friendly staff, located in the middle of the park in the city center.

This is definitely my go to place to stay in elbasan. The rooms are great it’s close by to everything in The city center and the service is one of the best around. Love coming here

Very nice hotel located on the edge of the central park, yet just minutes from the historical city center and football stadium. It's very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is perfectly decorated.
