We enjoyed our stay at Univers Hotel due to bad weather last night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy beds . Air-conditioning and large bathroom. The receptionist was gentle and very polite. Breakfast included for every room. It is located near the state road that takes to southeast borders and main cities Korçë, Pogradec. WiFi is not available for some reason. We didn't ask for it.

Basic hotel in the area. Rooms are clean but facilities are a bit dated. I.e. Shower door leaks water in our room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very basic washroom supply with small packets of shampoo only. Not expensive and reasonable pricing. Included breakfast but need to pay for coffee.

Nice hotel, room had a comfortable bed and was decently sized. The bathroom was a little run down and shower door was missing so water splashed everywhere. Hotel staff were kind and service was brilliant. The location is good only a 10 minute walk from Elbasan centre, and the room has wonderful views. Thanks for having us.

Located in the best place , you have highway near , center of tirana 5 minutes , TEG is near . The staff was very kind . Pool was just renovated and water was crystal clear, they also make event with the best singer of Albania every weekend.

It is a good hotel but if you have car, mind this. Without car there is no way to get anyway from hotel. There is no shops or restaurants around. There is a trade center near but you can't get there by foot because you will have to walk on highway. Also the restaurant in the hotel not always working so you can stay hunger. The breakfast is only from 8am so for early birds there are no options.

The reception guy was feet up on the tables, hard to access, no hot water, the infrastructure wants to be luxurious but is crackes and paint is peeling. My husband and I were very pleased at this hotel: we stayed twice! The hotel is in a convenient location, close to coffee shops/markets etc. It is not in a very noisy area, compared to the other touristic places of Tirana. The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

This hotel was great. The staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Kejsi, the lady at reception when we arrived and the following day, a big thank you to her and to the rest of hotel staff. The location is excellent too, with city center within walking distance and with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Our room was very confortable. Will definitely recommend the Dinasty Hotel.

The hotel was in a nice area just a short walk from the lake. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and only about 30 minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square. The hotel itself was a lovely design, the rooms were clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly. I didn't really get to sample the breakfasts as I was up early for trips but overall the stay in the hotel was enjoyable.

Super hotel with wonderful staff - so close to the main areas in Tirana.
