It's a bit of an older and well established hotel in the center of town but they have renomated the rooms very recently. We had a room towards the inner courtyard which was very quiet and comfortable. We also got a free upgrade to a higher room category. Room was very clean also and there ar eplenty of food options within walking distanc eof the hotel. For us only staying one night this was a great...

Hotel is more than you can see through pictures. Staff is very frendly and helpful. It is in quiet part of municipality Kukes and easy to find. You have options between feather and non feather pilows,as well you can choose blanket options. Also they gave me free upgrade for the room. The hotel is held by older people and they have an awsome vibe. Near hotel is pharmacy, caffe, petrol station..

Very pleasant hotel with a restaurant on the main street. ATM, money exchange, pharmacy, mobile phone operator, anything you need just across the street. Five stars to the hotel staff who took great care of me when I got very sick. Special kudos to Fatos, the hotel manager, who drove me to emergency, helped with things and even gave a suite room for the price of a standard room. Thank you, guys!

Excellent staff, service and facilities. Peaceful vibe. 30 mins walk from city centre, 7-10 mins on a taxi. Great choice of food. At least five other different restaurants nearby.

Really liked this hotel Very calm and with a beautiful little pool and sitting arrangement.. Food is cheap and very tasty. The pizza bread is amazing!! We arrived at the hotel and they immediately offered free breakfast - can't beat that

We stayed here while enjoying Prokletije mountains and rest of Kosovo. Location is good as center is in the walking distance. Rooms and rest of the hotel should be renovated. Food was nice and service also. Atmosphere was excellent with very lively evenings. If you need place to sleep and you are not expecting too much this can be place for you. I was surprised with stars as there are 3 and 4 around...

Our stay in this hotel was a remarkable experience. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were super friendly and helpful for everything. Rooms are super quiet, beautifully designed and clean. It is the best place you can be in Gjakovë. The restaurant is also amazing - do reserve a table in advance.

Visited resturant only. Great tradtitional food. Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Highly recommended to have dinner or lunch here. Without seeing the hotel rooms I would book the next time I am here, most central to the old city. If they keep going like this they will exist for the next 500 years.

Beside having kinda small rooms everything is perfect! The staff,especially the restaurant staff is so amazing . Really recommended👍
