We booked on last minute and everything went perfectly. The location is really great, as you are in 10min in Himarë (a lot of restaurant, bars, etc.), but also a beautiful beach with a restaurant is just 5min away by car. Definitely worth mentioning are the owners, who always treat you with a big smile! 😊

This is a family owned hotel and the service, rooms and cleanliness were excellent. I came here with my family and friends a couple of times and they never failed to impress us with their hospitality. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and it’s nothing but incredible. The staff are welcoming and the owners are friendly and always ready to help with anything you need! 10/10!!!

We visited the restaurant at Hotel Dima twice during our family holiday in southern Albania. It's a perfect location, you can go to the beach by walking less than 15 meters. There is a restaurant downstairs with delicious food. The staff is very nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place right on the beach.

The Apartment/Room was really nice, new, modern and clean. It had everything you need during a stay. The location is perfect, just right in the center of the town. The parking situation is difficult, but the staff tries really hard to find you a good parking spot.

A mixed bag. No real complaints on the room itself - quite modern, comfortable, clean and considering its central location quiet. The balcony with sea view had a very loud unit on the wall that made it less pleasant but it was still nice to have. Eric is a great host who is taking care of his guests. The rooms are clean, the food is great and only 30 seconds from the beach. Take a private boat for the hidden beaches and if you want less tourism...skip ksamil and go to this place.

This is a nice and cozy place to stay near Himare. It is family-owned and operated, and the staff is friendly. My room was very clean, and I had a nice view of the mountains and the sea from the balcony.

Staff welcoming, couldn't do more. Cleanliness of the apartment. Location fantastic especially beach and free bed and umbrellas. Loved that ir was the most relaxed location ten mins walk if needed to walk to centre. Highly recommend a stay here. Cafe restaurant on site too.

The Hotel is very close to the beach. The Furniture in the room is pretty run down and the Bathroom is a strange combination of Shower/Toilet and smells sometimes a little bad. However everything was Super-Clean and orderly. The Mattresses were comfy, the view was good and the service is great. Very fair price for the amazing location right at the beach. Effective usage of room space. The bathroom is a bit adventurous, not having a separate shower cabin. Its fine though. I mean, you get quite much for what you pay. Certainly not a 5 star luxury apartment. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a sweet touch!

I just spent 5 days here and I must say that I am impressed. The way one lady handled all the hotel business so gracefully, always smiling, always helpful. Monda in all my travels I have never met someone like you. You are impeccable. Everything was super clean. The hotel in 2 minutes from the sea. I will come back. Will miss Monda though

The location of this hotel was only a step away from the shoreline, public beach, and boardwalk. The manager and hostess, Monda, was outstanding! She was very accommodating, always had a smile on her face, and was very helpful in showing us the area and making our trip a wonderful experience.

A great place to stay. Off-road parking for our motorbike. Staff are real friendly and helpful and it’s only a very short walk to the restaurants and the beach. The guesthouse has great rooms and awesome views of the surrounding area. Would recommend staying here.

Modern, simple accommodation close to stunning local beaches. The balcony offers an amazing sunset view, and the host, Theodora, is extremely kind and welcoming. Private parking is also available, which makes the stay even more convenient.

Beautiful accommodation, the owners are very nice and helpful. They serve an excellent breakfast, the rooms are air-conditioned and clean. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, and there are many good restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby.

Such a friendly lovely place to stay. They helped us out last minute and we’re more than happy to put us up. The rooms are spotless and modern with really comfy beds. We had a delicious breakfast and staff were so helpful, would definitely stay again!

Basic cheap pension in front of potimi beach. Rooms are ok with the minimum equipment and good A/C even if a bit noisy inside (due to water pipes, fridge), which is a shame cause the hotel is quite protected from the numerous bars and very active nightlife of himare. Staff was cool and helpful. Location is good even if the road to access could be in a better shape.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I had an amazing month here and Toni runs this place brilliantly. The garden terrace area is beautiful and a calm place to sit or work or have a meal. And the meals - fantastic! Hi highly recommend visiting.

There are few places in Himare and all the coast which offer clean, cozy and great service for both families and groups. This is a family run business which works like a very efficient hotel. Underground parking keeping your car fresh in the summer heat (as you won’t need it as a great beach is 5 min walk from the hotel). Incredible guest house! Toni and his staff are extremely nice people. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. He offers great bbq dinner and also the breakfast is very good. The best part though are the olive trees, lemon trees and the tomatoes just next to you.

The Solive Guest House is perfectly situated near the beach in its own garden where they grow fresh vegetables. Tony is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the water is hot and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and evening meals are well worth ordering. They can serve fresh fish, vegetarian meals and traditional Albanian dishes such Tave Kosi. we would love to return.
