Super friendly, very helpful, and very clean :) We'd love to come back; we felt very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks. Evening meals were great; everything was fresh and delicious :) Breakfast was okay. Very hospitable and open to requests.

We booked on last minute and everything went perfectly. The location is really great, as you are in 10min in Himarë (a lot of restaurant, bars, etc.), but also a beautiful beach with a restaurant is just 5min away by car. This is a family owned hotel and the service, rooms and cleanliness were excellent. I came here with my family and friends a couple of times and they never failed to impress us with their hospitality. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and it’s nothing but incredible. The staff are welcoming and the owners are friendly and always ready to help with anything you need! 10/10!!!

It's a perfect location, you can go to the beach by walking less than 15 meters. There is a restaurant downstairs with delicious food. The staff is very nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place right on the beach.

The Hotel is very close to the beach. The Furniture in the room is pretty run down and the Bathroom is a strange combination of Shower/Toilet and smells sometimes a little bad. Very fair price for the amazing location right at the beach. Effective usage of room space. The bathroom is a bit adventurous, not having a separate shower cabin. Its fine though. I mean, you get quite much for what you pay. Certainly not a 5 star luxury apartment. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a sweet touch!

I just spent 5 days here and I must say that I am impressed. The way one lady handled all the hotel business so gracefully, always smiling, always helpful. Monda in all my travels I have never met someone like you. You are impeccable. Everything was super clean. The hotel in 2 minutes from the sea. I will come back. Will miss Monda though

The location of this hotel was only a step away from the shoreline, public beach, and boardwalk. The manager and hostess, Monda, was outstanding! She was very accommodating, always had a smile on her face, and was very helpful in showing us the area and making our trip a wonderful experience.

Perfect small hotel! It's a 30 second walk down the road to the main promenade with the beach and restaurants. The hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use at the other beach a 2 minute walk the other direction for free. The rooms were adorable and the balcony sea view was phenomenal!

Cool but Super Loud The hotel was cozy and views amazing, however there is no nearby decent parking, there is no privacy on your patio or barely in your room if neighbor is on their patio, and the nightly noise from the kids arcade and nightclubs goes late into the evening. Outdoor table ice hockey plinking is somehow so loud?! We booked two nights and forfeited our second in hopes of finding something...

We had a fantastic time in our stay at Gio R boutique we spent a couple nights the breakfast was exquisite the location where the hotels located. It’s right across one of the best beaches in all the area there are food options galore the general downtown area is 100 feet from the hotel And the whole hotel staff made the stay one of a kind.

The Geo & Art is a family run boutique hotel. We loved our stay at Geo & Art. We had an amazing view of the sea and were only steps away from the beach and dining. The Geo & Art offered reserved beach chairs and umbrellas at a beautiful location only a short walk away. They also provided us with a towel. I recommend bringing water shoes as the beach is rocky. A great place to stay. Off-road parking for our motorbike. Staff are real friendly and helpful and it’s only a very short walk to the restaurants and the beach. The guesthouse has great rooms and awesome views of the surrounding area. Would recommend staying here.

Modern, simple accommodation close to stunning local beaches. The balcony offers an amazing sunset view, and the host, Theodora, is extremely kind and welcoming. Private parking is also available, which makes the stay even more convenient.

Basic cheap pension in front of potimi beach. Rooms are ok with the minimum equipment and good A/C even if a bit noisy inside (due to water pipes, fridge), which is a shame cause the hotel is quite protected from the numerous bars and very active nightlife of himare. Staff was cool and helpful. Location is good even if the road to access could be in a better shape.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I had an amazing month here and Toni runs this place brilliantly. The garden terrace area is beautiful and a calm place to sit or work or have a meal. And the meals - fantastic! Hi highly recommend visiting.

There are few places in Himare and all the coast which offer clean, cozy and great service for both families and groups. This is a family run business which works like a very efficient hotel. Underground parking keeping your car fresh in the summer heat (as you won’t need it as a great beach is 5 min walk from the hotel). Incredible guest house! Toni and his staff are extremely nice people. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. He offers great bbq dinner and also the breakfast is very good. The best part though are the olive trees, lemon trees and the tomatoes just next to you.

The Solive Guest House is perfectly situated near the beach in its own garden where they grow fresh vegetables. Tony is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the water is hot and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and evening meals are well worth ordering. They can serve fresh fish, vegetarian meals and traditional Albanian dishes such Tave Kosi. we would love to return.
