Basic cheap pension in front of potimi beach. Rooms are ok with the minimum equipment and good A/C even if a bit noisy inside (due to water pipes, fridge), which is a shame cause the hotel is quite protected from the numerous bars and very active nightlife of himare.
Staff was cool and helpful.
Location is good even if the road to access could be in a better shape.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I had an amazing month here and Toni runs this place brilliantly.
The garden terrace area is beautiful and a calm place to sit or work or have a meal. And the meals - fantastic!

There are few places in Himare and all the coast which offer clean, cozy and great service for both families and groups. This is a family run business which works like a very efficient hotel. Underground parking keeping your car fresh in the summer heat (as you won’t need it as a great beach is 5 min walk from the hotel). Breakfast and dinner is great and plentiful and the terrace is a great place to hang out and eat, very fresh and quiet. Overall great price for service. We were 5 couples in the middle of August. Highly recommend.

Incredible guest house! Toni and his staff are extremely nice people. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. He offers great bbq dinner and also the breakfast is very good. The best part though are the olive trees, lemon trees and the tomatoes just next to you.

The Solive Guest House is perfectly situated near the beach in its own garden where they grow fresh vegetables. Tony is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the water is hot and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and evening meals are well worth ordering. They can serve fresh fish, vegetarian meals and traditional Albanian dishes such Tave Kosi. we would love to return.

Wonderful, relaxing guest house. Tony is an amazing host and his mother prepares delicious, fresh food. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds! We're from the USA and would like to figure out how we can possibly find the same mattress for our home. Tony, if you read this--we still want to figure this out! The courtyard is a very peaceful, good-vibes place to relax and enjoy a meal and drink with company. It's a close walk to the beach, but very quiet and sheltered from town.

It was very pleasant to stay here for our time in Himare at the Albanian riviera. Just 400m from the busy boulevard and the beach, this place is an oasis of rest and quietness. The room with private balcony was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. Toni and his family were very good hosts and cooks. Our tip is to have dinner at the guesthouse at least once during your stay. Fruit and vegetables came directly from the garden surrounding the place. The fresh fish was delicious. It was a little hard to find the path to the guesthouse, it is directly left of the petrol station. Under the guesthouse is a private parking.

Great place to stay just 200m from beach. Nice patio for breakfast and diner. Walking distance from main boulevard. Great host. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room cleaning and towels every second day. Would recommend for families with kids.

My family and I stayed during June in this house for three nights. We have small children, so we had been looking for a cozy place with garden, where the kids could run around. Also, pet friendly. It was, therefore, perfect for us. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast in the house, which was based on local fresh products. The place was clean, comfortable and located close to the sea. Prices were the best we could find for the season. Himara is very close, basically a short walk from the house. Also the beaches like Livadh and Llaman are just a few minutes drive away.

Solive is a beautiful location to stay👌. Rooms are very convenient with a good bed and bathroom. 👌The owner is very hospitality and very friendly,😇 the service is from a very high quality. We enjoyed our stay so much. I like to make a special recommendation, you have to eat there, the meals are fresh prepared and the taste is delicious ❤️ together with a beautiful wine. A perfect evening to close with.🥰 Sonja

Worst restaurant in Albania ever. Very expensive in comparison of Albanian current prices, small portions, bad taste and, lady but not least, the fish isn't fresh. Don't go here, trust me. Never.

We visited the restaurant at Hotel Dima twice during our family holiday in southern Albania. The burrata pizza was excellent — made in a proper wood-fired oven, unlike many restaurants in the center which are only allowed to use electric ovens. The staff were polite and friendly, prices were fair, and the location right across from the beach is very convenient. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
