I cannot endorse this hotel due to its preferential treatment towards locals compared to American tourists. My wife and I required access to a restroom, but we were promptly directed out of the hotel, as the staff stated that their facilities are reserved exclusively for guests and not for public use. I sincerely hope that the management of this hotel never experiences a similar situation in the United States and receives the same level of treatment.

Remember, human courtesy, goes a long way. It's not all about Hotel pride.

The picture is seriously different from the actual product.

Not a bad location - in the historic part of the town. Friendly, helpful staff. - TV had 4 channels - all snowy, very irresponsive remote control. Tiny window (1' x 4') in the room. When requested a full size bed, the hotel had slapped 2 twin box springs and twin mattresses together - it was very uncomfortable to sleep in with a ridge in the middle of the bed. Check-out time 10am! Rain noise on the corrugated room on the top (4th) floor - woke me up at 4am.

Arrived at 23 00 hrs on New Year's Eve 2022, because the hostel I booked was closed. Found a room, but more important: a warm welcome by Juan Pablo and his family. Was even invited to join them in celebrating the New Year. I'll always remember! Thank you so much!!!

The room is small and ugly, the bed is uncomfortable, and the shower water only got slightly warm. There was noise from the pedestrians, and the pigeons.

I don't recommend the hotel for families or vacations. It's ideal for people who are for business and need to be near downtown.
Service room wasn't the best. I have to complain two times about a leak in the bathroom and they never fixed it. Also, the light bulbs stoped working and same thing. Another thing I didn't like was that there was no window to open to the outside. The window only opened to the hallway but I'm guessing that it was only myself who had this issue because I used a discount rate when booking the room.

The hotel was ok, nothing more. Check-in was easy and the desk were responsive to a couple of queries I had during my stay. The inside of the building is eye-catching but due to it’s age, also means the rooms are very dated. Due to the layout of the hotel, sound also travels pretty far and noise from other floors spreads quite quickly. I discovered this when I realised that school groups tend to use this hotel quite regularly, presumably because of the cheaper price. Breakfast was poor with a very limited choice. I opted to go without on the second day. The location is good and is close to the main sites of Cordoba, which I think is a very pretty city, although I also don’t think you need much more than a day here if you’re pressed for time. The main issue I faced was out of the hotel’s hands and was that the local council(?) and contractors decided to use every piece of heavy machinery going to dig up the road outside the hotel overnight (literally from 9pm until 5am) on both nights I was there. This meant limited sleep was had on the first. No major issues with the hotel itself but also won’t be rushing back.

Beautiful old building right in the centre of cordoba, in the plaza so no cars going past, relaxed staff very helpful, very professional front desk, door always open and staff greeting you. Crisp white sheets & towels.

The only good thing about the hotel is the lobby and the friendliness of the staff at check in. Avoid at all costs.
