We arrived early in the morning due to a canceled flight. The hotel staff were thoughtful and upgraded our room to be more comfortable since we missed a night. We were so grateful.
Breakfast was great, the room has everything you need.
Then at dinner we enjoyed a delicious menu and were very pleased with the customer service. An english speaking waiter, Matias was patient and very helpful when we were trying to understand the menu. Maxi was attentive and had excellent customer service skills.
A wonderful location also.

This is an unsolicited review. This is a simply a wonderful hotel - smooth, clean, quiet, comfortable. From check-in to check-out Nicolas, Gradiva, and colleagues were highly professional and caring at reception. Housekeeping did a wonderful job - rooms are super clean. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff is equally exemplary. Management: staff deserve bonuses, raises, and promotions - they are doing their jobs very well!

We travel full-time and know Córdoba well - this will be our go-to hotel for stopovers. Area is safe for solo women travelers exercising normal city precautions. Drugstore, grocery stores, and Patio Olmos for all sorts of shopping are all close by.

Update: we continue to chose to stay at Caseros. Special thanks today to Caston and Gradiva for making our transit so welcoming and smooth.

Another update: a third great stay thanks to Gradiva and Caston, and Simón and Dario. Everyone is working hard and is very professional and friendly - day and night! Super clean room. Breakfast ready very early. All staff deserve recognition and bonuses from the hotel administration! Keep up the great work!

And a fourth stay: excellent across the board! There is never a lapse in quality here which as someone who has worked in hotel reception myself is truly impressive - extremely professional staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning, maintenance). Thank you all for making everything so smooth and welcoming. Delicious healthy breakfast with tons of veg options - thanks for that! Christmas raises and bonuses for all! (No one is asking me to write this;))

Great location for easily walking around the city and seeing with lots of food choices nearby. The staff were also really friendly and their English was way better than my sad attempts at speaking Spanish.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here . The rooms are nice and cool with good sized bathrooms, comfortable bed and decent amenities. The room service menu is rather limited to a variety of sandwiches and burgers . The breakfast was great with a selection of pastries, fruit , cereals and eggs etc. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better central location .
