We had a wonderful stay at Glu. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the staff is extremely friendly and made sure to accommodate any needs. The hotel features a nice little backyard where we liked to hang out at night over a glass of wine. We had to leave one big luggage at the hotel while we took a 2 nights trip to Ushuaia and the staff at Glu was more than happy to accommodate and store the luggage upon our return. We really appreciate the help for keeping our belongings safe. Definitely recommend this hotel and will book again next time in Buenos Airs

We were there for 5 nights. It is a small hotel as a result we got to know the 3 rotating receptionist. All ere very helpful with good English. Room was a good size and clean. The included breakfast was simple but enough to get you going for day. We enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel was nice, the location was great, and things were clean. Comparative to the other hotel we stayed in BA, we felt this hotel was overpriced for what it offered though.

The staff is fantastic! Helpful, friendly, professional. I can’t say enough. The room was great. Always clean. We were surprised to find a spacious balcony with two chairs and a table. Pefct for enjoying a pre dinner cocktail
The hotel is small, only a few rooms so the service is so personal. We loved the breakfast options and are hooked on the mezzilunas! There are so many ways to enjoy the Palermo area within walking distance. The restaurant recommendations from the staff were 10/10.

When we come back to Buenos Aires this will be our first choice or a hotel.

Good location, very well maintained hotel. Boutique feeling with only 12 rooms. Staff was nice. Breakfast was tasty and prepared to order. Bed and pillows were incredible. I slept like a baby!

We had a great 3 night stay! The room was a nice size and was clean and thoughtfully appointed. The staff was helpful and attentive. The made to order breakfast option served in our room was a fantastic option - especially when you are on the go each day.

More like a 3.5 star

Things I liked: Rooftop though pool was dirty, breakfast was excellent, staff was pretty nice though not overly helpful, room was rustic and pleasant, nice handmade shower products, bathrobe and slippers, and fantastic location.

Things I did not like: Once my room smelled like urine when i came back - maybe from them mopping the floor or something?, it was slightly noisy especially with my room on a lower floor, slow elevator, no clock in the room.

i'd probably try somewhere else if i were to return, though price was decent.
