We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean. Front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in helping me getting my SIM card activated. We really enjoyed the sweet bread that is available all day and night. Location is perfect. Neighborhood felt very safe and there was a coffee shop on practically every corner. They offer laundry service for a very fair price too. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night only due to our plans changing abruptly. The owner (Nicola) and Azul were both so kind, and Azul especially at a time when it was needed. It’s a beautiful place in a great Palermo location and I’d highly recommend it.

Old school, comfortable rooms and beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. I loved the lighting and decor and thought it was amazing. Unfortunately, it’s competing with the numerous Airbnb available at a fraction of the cost nearby. I would have loved to stay five more days but for the price of one night I was offered an equivalent Airbnb one block away for five nights. Buenos Aires like many cities needs to decide how to effectively enable hotels and Airbnb rooms to coexist.

Rustic, bohemian hotel. Great location. Great service. Room was a bit tired. Thin towels. Old, thin bedding. Lumpy pillows. Very clean. Great breakfast with homemade treats

Sweet and traditional little hotel, very pretty inside. Lovely breakfast with home-made bread, yoghurt, and cake. I had a very small room, unpretentious but very charming and the shower worked beautifully (I have long hair and sometimes rinsing it is a bit of a faff - not here!). Small bed but comfy - I'm used to a big bed, but this one was ok - after all it was a single room I paid for. The room was warm and cozy. The lady was welcoming, friendly, and gave me good advice as to what to see in my short stay in Buenos Aires - I hope to be back.

I reserved a room for a friend who was visiting us from the States. My wife walked him over to the hotel to help him locate it and to help with the language barrier since he knew no Spanish.
When they got there the price had changed, even though I booked it locally and used my Argentine credit card.
My friend was not all that impressed with the hotel, nor the service received. He left a review through booking.com expressing his criticism of the place (tiny basic room, didn’t get it cleaned until the third day, rude check-in, terrible breakfast, etc)
After that review, the hotel claimed that two people checked in, and that we should pay accordingly.
They are still sending nasty messages like they are moody teenagers.
Stay away from these people. I have lived here for over 22 years and I have never seen anything like what these people are doing.

Perfect spot for us. Like being at home away from home. Helpful and friendly staff. Met great people at the breakfast from all over the world. Amazing luck finding this gem. Highly recommend it. Chill and laid back place.

Cozy Iralian restaurant in the heart of Palermo Soho. Delicious pasta served along with a variety of sauces to choose from the menu. Fish is another specialty of the house. Mouthwatering. The wines served are of a great quality and you can accompany a tasty dish either by the bottle or by the glass. The atmosphere of the place is quiet and a good conversation can take place with soft music in the background. Rather expensive but it's worth visiting it.
