This place is amazing. It has a special athmosphere. Beside the fantastic localisation (from the terraces view for the valley), the well-equipped rooms, modern and clean bathroom, the host does everything to make you feel at home. She is nice, friendly and available if you have a question. The garden she made around the house is lovely. We were so sad that we could only spend one night here.

Motorcycle / overlander / exhibition vehicle storage. Bed and Breakfast. Nice rooms and place for camping as well. Outside Yerevan, cheap bus connection to the city. Absolutely perfect as a RTW checkpoint while you go home for work or brake from travel.

Easily one of the nicest campgrounds and Overlander havens that we ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Sandra is a beautiful person, excellent host, hospitable and helpful with a charming way to treat her guests. The place is ultra clean, fully equipped, lovely gardens, a great pool, and super areas to hang out or meet traveling companions. Bravo !

Never been at such a nice place! Sandra is helpful, kind, the place is very clean and well equipped. You can stay in the B&B, camp in a hired tent or your own, or in your camper and you can even store your vehicle for a couple of months. And you will meet a lot of other people/overlanders. The price is very reasonable, about €20 per place, all inclusive. Highly recommended!

Best stop ever before heading into Iran. Super competent, nice and helpful staff. Everything is exceptionally well maintained. There is a pool, B&B, campsite and if your are lucky storage for vehicles to go on holidays from your tour.
