Hotels in Pokolbin

I booked a package including breakfast when I made the reservation on the platform, but upon arrival the hotel said there was no breakfast and they would refund 100 AUD. We checked out a month ago and haven't received the 100 AUD refund yet.

When we first entered our room, it was swarming with mosquitoes. Unless there was a hole in the room somewhere I imagine the only other explanation would be that the doors were left open in the cleaning progress before we arrived. Good customer service and was very quick and efficient. Nice location and central to most things. Room was clean but certainly very outdated so definitely requires a freshen up.

The staff at check in were polite and friendly room was very clean. Bed was not quite up there, found it a bit uncomfortable. Loved the grounds, pool and layout of rooms. Very quiet location. Not impressed with having a photo of my driver's licence taken.

Everthing was good. Except they don’t tell anything about room facing road or facing backyard.

We had a lovey stay in the 2 bedroom villa. Everything was clean and well considered to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The smart TV was welcomed and the balcony and outdoor seating was perfect to enjoy the spectacular views.

We had a lovely stay at Beltana Villas. The property is very well maintained, 2 bedroom villa was extremely clean, very spacious and had all the amenities needed.

John and Trish really care about this beautiful place. The villas are well maintained and clean, not to mention spacious. The property is so peaceful and picturesque. Nicely removed from the commercial but still close enough to enjoy what the hunter has to offer. Only wish we knew about this place sooner

The check-in was painless. John was very flexible with the time as we arrived late. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

Staffs shortages effect customer services

The resort is great, the villa is clean and nice, kids loved it. The only issue I had was when the reception was busy, no one answered the phone while I was trying to call for shuttle bus. So I ended drove my own car instead. The food was great too. Would love to come back again.

Great location with excellent staff. The room was clean, well appointed, and offered amazing views, complemented by fantastic facilities throughout.

Good location, close to vineyards, restaurants and next to the Hunter Valley Garden. Has onsite restaurant and bar & bistro too. Need a 2nd coffee machine as 1 is not really enough during breakfast peak hour. Staff is pretty friendly.
