The resort is great, the villa is clean and nice, kids loved it. The only issue I had was when the reception was busy, no one answered the phone while I was trying to call for shuttle bus. So I ended drove my own car instead. The food was great too. Would love to come back again.

Great location with excellent staff. The room was clean, well appointed, and offered amazing views, complemented by fantastic facilities throughout.

Good location, close to vineyards, restaurants and next to the Hunter Valley Garden.
Has onsite restaurant and bar & bistro too.
Need a 2nd coffee machine as 1 is not really enough during breakfast peak hour.
Staff is pretty friendly.

Everything is good, breakfast and services are excellent. Near wine shop and hot air balloon experiences. Definitely will visit again in future.

My stay at Oaks Resort Hunter Valley was completely ruined by loud and unauthorized construction work right outside my room from 7am, with no prior notice. The noise lasted over two hours, and the staff was unhelpful when I complained. This was not the relaxing holiday I paid for.
I do not recommend this resort unless you want your vacation disturbed by unexpected construction and poor customer service

Nice comfortable bed , large bathroom with spar bath and separate shower , good sitting room with table small kitchenette. This property was in need of some care as kitchen draws were very grubby looking, bin wasn’t attached to the cupboard door , curtains hooks had come detached, shower door and grout looked grubby,this was such a shame as there was a lot to like about the property.
