Sally was so friendly and prompt in her communication, it made my stay that much more special. She gave some great recommendations on what to do during my stay. I loved my room - it was spacious, clean and decorated in Balinese style. The location is good, walkable distance to the city center and the complementary breakfast was a bonus touch. All in all, a very comfy stay.

We loved it! Stayed three nights in one room and two nights in another. The rooms were very clean, with lovely sheets and good aircon. Continental breakfast included fruit, muesli and raisin toast - my favorites. It was quiet and there is a pool. Great value for money and staff were very helpful :)

Very basic hotel. Found out at a later date it was only a 2 star hotel. Rooms rather old including the whole place. Stayed for 5 days,asked for a tidy up of room, bed wasnt made just had clean towels. Room was tidied and clean towels given on last night. Breakfast consist of 3 cereals ,toast tea and coffee and if you are lucky you may get a fruit. Also have to clean and put your dishes in dishwasher. Pool is very small even though it's cute. Photo on net really doesnt correspond to how hotel is.
A good clean up required and a little friendliness from staff would help. I think the part that I've never encountered before even in a lower class hotel, other than back packers is having to wash your own dishes. Would not go again

Not expensive motel at nice place near to Cairns Esplanade. Room was spacious with good equipment as air-conditioning, flat TV, refrigerator, etc. Bathroom is also pretty big. Problem is that you can hear nearly everything around you. Every step on staircase, all sound from dinning place. Also included breakfast was not traditional continental but very small.

Appreciate the beautiful decor and eye for detail. Room is decorated in rech deep browns and red with beautiful rose crown moulding. Lovely large clean room. Continental breakfast included poolside. Has a small well equipped clean kitchen and laundry near pool. A small computer area for guest use. Rooms serviced daily. Located 5 minute walk to north end of esplanade. Minutes walk to the Bayview and, Rydges for dinner alot of eating options situated close. I would definately stay again.
