Have stayed here several times over the years. Love it. The Balinese style furniture gives the rooms a really nice feel. Pool water is warm all day and the spa at the end is a nice and relaxing (just press the black button). The quality of the mattresses and pillows means a great night's sleep. All staff we have spoken to have been lovely, and helpful. Prices are good and rooms feel private. The easy check in/ check out kiosk is very convenient. Bound to be back.

Not impressed - booked accom 5 months prior to an event - 1 month before going got notified mgmt agency cancelling booking. The hotel should still honor my booking but very poor communication and no one answers the phone - advised alternative accomodation but not in close proximately to where we booked.... Would not recommend as Hotel has got obligations but obviously thinking of their own dollars...

Check in very easy as was parking. I am sorry to say, that is the good points done. The rooms are very basic, which is fine. However stained duvet without a cover, place smelt damp and the noise from the traffic was ridiculous. Curtains dont fit, blinds broken and just keep falling down. Don't like leaving bad reviews but to be fair to other travellers, sometimes you have to.

Coconut Palms exceeded our expectations. It is immaculately clean - just amazing. The buildings are older but have been well maintained and the rooms nicely updated and are spacious. We had a 1 bedroom King apartment. The bed is so comfortable it's a great night's sleep. The kitchen is up to date, spotlessly clean and has everything in it that you could possibly need. We used the BBQ which was great and again beautifully clean. We had undercover parking. Check-in is a breeze and having a security gated driveway entrance made us feel secure. We would return again and again to Coconut Palms.

We have stayed here before in 2008 and it hasn’t changed at all. The room we stayed in (no. 12) was immaculately clean ( and I’m very fussy). The bed was super comfy as were the pillows. The rooms have everything you need even a washing machine. The only thing was you don’t see any staff at all which I found a little impersonal as last time they were very friendly and bought toys for our toddler. I would stay again though as it’s clean and comfortable for the price.

This complex is centrally located in close proximity to bay and many good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and spotlessly clean. This is a self check in property but any staff we encountered were well presented and very friendly. Will stay again.

Clean and simple apartment with comfortable king bed. The double lounge recliner were great too. We stayed in apartment 7 for 7 days which had great air conditioning in the lounge/dinning and main bedroom. The Pool was clean and lovely to use. Secure gate complex was a bonus too, since its a busy area and you know you always have a spot.
Easy access to the water across the road. You have the option of two water entrances with the furthest access having a shower to rinse off.
Lots of food options within walking distance breakfast/lunch and dinner.
Remember it’s on the esplanade, so you will hear some road noise. We would normally stay in resorts, but wanted something less busy and happy with this 3 star accommodation.

Loved this little place. We stayed in the 1st floor apartment 7. Very relaxing and cosy. Clean neat and tidy. Really comfy beds, great air-conditioning, across the road from the water. Walking distance to shops, cafes & bars. Great customer service. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon for a much longer one.

Older place that has been renovated. Beautiful tropical gardens. Across the road to the beach. Shops, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Good WiFi and off street parking with secured gate. Lovely balconies, nice pool and barbecue. Great place to stay for your holiday.

Lovely self contained apartment. Wonderful ocean views amenities every where bars restraint swimming pools.

Well priced and great views. Was disappointed to order breakfast with no onion or garlic and for it to come out with spring onions as a garnish, but was able to scrape them off. Breakfast (with the works) and coffees for 3 people only cost $64 which is super well priced. Great food too, however haloumi needs to be super crispy, not slightly browned ?

I just had a coffee. But the coffee was great. The position is amazing and they really capitalised on their beach position. There's bean bags and a bench facing the ocean. There's lots of shade now (since September 2017) and there's a couple of levels of tables, low mid and high tables so lots of people can get that view of the ocean.

Ought to be 5 stars just for its FANTASTIC beach location. Renovations are awesome 3x the size it used to be! & now looks like a happening bar too. I just miss the old Enzo's which had exceptional coffee, food & groovy choice of sweets. Kind of lost a bit of love in the food & coffee, which is palatable, loads of glamour though. Serenity forever with that view

It's a great view of the beach and good for a light snack after a swim. Enzo's could be cheaper but you get what you pay for. A great place to bring your group.

We had both dinner and breakfast here and it was both nice food and good value. If you want table service look elsewhere but if you want a interesting varied menu and the best views in town this is your place. It's also good for just drinks on the bean bags watching the waves roll in.
