I stayed in the 3 bed cabin. Very clean. The service was great. The lady came to check if everything was ok and if we wanted to change cabin as we had a kid but it was fine. Great location. Walking distance to beach and nice pubs and cafes.

The cabin was amazing. Had everything I needed, was very spacious and clean! The pool in the complex was very nice and new. Location is perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

This accommodation is so basic. For the price its ok. Floor was gritty under foot so needed to be cleaned.
No power point near the bed for my husbands sleep apnea machine. Had to ask for a long extension lead. We are not snobs but couldn't stay longer than 1 night.

we love Hervey Bay, the cabin was ok, suited our purposes, could have been much cleaner, along with the camp kitchen. the kids loved the games room and the beautiful pool area.

My family and I were traveling north and chose to pause in Harvey Bay. Since it was an unplanned stop, we were unable to reserve any motels, as they were all fully booked. Fortunately, this was the only accommodation available in the area. We stayed for just one night, and I can confidently say that the staff at this establishment are the best in Harvey Bay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and they even opened the door for us. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. When we entered our room, everything was prepared, including the air conditioning, which was a relief given the heat outside. Our parking spot was conveniently located next to our room, making parking very easy. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the Thai takeaway restaurant; after a long day of driving, the food was absolutely sublime. Checking out was also effortless, as we simply needed to drop the key in the designated box and leave. Finally, regarding communication, when we accidentally left something behind, we messaged the property through the Wotif app and promptly received a reply, informing us to collect the items at reception. This demonstrates their amazing service, even after check-out.

Older property, good location to esplanade. If you are staying in the studio apartments the upstairs tenants are noisey and heavy footed.

The check in was good. Friendly and informative. There were no hand towels.
The bedroom did not have any bedside tables or lamps. There was a small shelf on each side of the bed but they needed repair. My husband and I both use CPAP machines and there really wasn’t anywhere to put the machines as they were broken and very small. Had to get out of bed to turn the light out. It would be nice to have more bedside space with a lamp. Bed was comfortable and cosy.

Was really disappointed with the service that we received, especially reading that others have had such a great experience. I took my husband and my son out for Breakfast. It wasn’t overly busy when we arrived, we over heard the wait staff tell all other clientele who come in bout half an hour to 40 mins later, after us that there was a wait of up to a half an hour. We weren’t given that courtesy nor did we receive an apology that our meals took over an hour to come out. When our meals finally came out (which was over an hour) our order was incorrect and had to be sent back. Then it didn’t come out with everything we ordered so they had to go and get a plate for sides. the toast was soggy and the eggs were hard and over cooked. It’s great having an extensive menu if you can execute it properly. My suggestion is that they should keep it much simplier and excel in menu items they do well. Won’t be returning. The only credit I can give is to the young gentleman who served me to do our account up was very polite and was a pleasure to deal with.

Just made a quick pit-stop for some coffees, was blown away with the fabulous service, fantastic coffee and general hospitality :) would 100% recommend!!

Thats why i love family owned restaurant.. they care about everything. I arrived 1 minute before closing time and without hesitation took my order and keeped a cold one for me in the fridge. Well worth the stop !

This would have to be Harvey Bays best kept secret. AJ’s lawyer Bugs are the best I have had in 25 years. Jamie the manger is welcoming. Don’t let the ambience fool you and suggest some patience as they have just changed hands and are slowly figuring out things. But Jamie is the one true constant.

I had hoolihans burger was amazing not sure if i f it would of been without the jalipino dad had cob sausage tasted like canned stew. Not very nice at all sorry.

We really liked this place, it was VERY child friendly. Not only good value meals for the kids (and they ate it all!) but they were given animal balloons hand created by the waitress! My husband and I enjoyed our meals too, he had a pizza while I had fresh pasta made in house by the chef. Great live music in the front room. Very happy, will go back.
