Stayed her for 1 night.
Good comfy bed.

Thin walls so you can hear a lot going on in the neighbouring rooms.
Only 1 bathroom (that I'm aware off) that might get busy in busy times.

Low end budget.
Staff wandered into our private room 30 minutes before checkout and asked to strip the bed. No apology. Sent her packing and told her to wait until 10am and we've vacated the room.

An amazing stay! The place was homely, Fran was very welcoming and kind and the beds were comfy. To top things off, the guest house is in a perfect location, around the corner from the city, the strand and castle hill!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom, 4 bed, self-contained flat for 2 weeks. It is quaint and comfortable. Fran is an absolute sweetheart and very helpful.
Highly recommend if looking for somewhere affordable and in the city.

A quiet more relaxed hostel and gives you a breather from the "party hostels." Rooms are clean and tidy. Fran, the owner, is very helpful and always on hand if you need anything.

Just staid there for three nights, cozy place with all you need for a stay. I had a single room and this room contained a small tv and air conditioner. Washing / WIFI is for free. Fran is a friendly owner / host and nice to chat with, would stay there again.

Lies & steals. Record phone calls as you will be overcharged otherwise. Abuses customers when they are in the right. Unclean and uncomfortable. Highly recommend the exchange, Rambutan or the reef. There is a reason she is so cheap and always so empty!
