Located in the north of Adelaide is a 3 minute drive from the botanical gardens and approximately 25 minute walk. It's got good parking and is easy to get to. Old building with lots of history.

Helpful staff, clean room with good air-conditioning. Quiet area. Nicely maintained old building.

I should have read the reviews, so it is my mistake.
This place has terrible service. The breakfast is only cow food or coffee and tea. The staff disappeared very quickly.
The internet didn't work in the room. The bathroom is very old and not that clean. The whole place is like a backpackers but no access to a kitchen. Very limited parking space and if you return late you need to park out the front of the building.
My advice is avoid this place

A great location, walkable to the city centre in just 20 minutes, 15 minutes to the Oval.

I love the character of the building I could imagine when it was first built it would have been a real standout

Thats an old house, some renovations are due. Included breakfast is appreciated, although the coffee machine works 2 times out of 5.

Couteous staff, however the rooms and motel need repair and upgrade. The breakfast was not worth the name.

Food was not what we ordered and bland. No chilli on chilli pork soft shel crab was deep fried hard, chicken added to veg was cold and just cut and dropped on top of sauce, boneless fish was full of bones, obvious ones that were picked out. Pad thi was small, dry and tasteless. When asked about management, none was present but we were talking to who was in charge... service was poor and lack of communication skills, meant we were asked what was wrong after explaining the above. - just not worth the heartache of expecting a good meal- friends mentioned 10years ago it was a nice place, but seems not any more.

This thai restaurant is just off O'connell street. Cosy place to sit in. Food was fast and tasty. Especially like the entree.
