Parking is the worst carpark tight and no spots available had to pay $80 for parking
Great stay, good central location. Clean and good. Starting to look a little dated but otherwise in good shape. Good views from the rooftop pool
They offered me the buffet for my breakfasts and from the moment I entered until I left I told them that I was going alone, I was staying alone and they charged me consumption for two people, they really take advantage of people, all the time I told them that I was alone and that I would have to pay for only one consumption and as they withheld a balance, they discounted me for two people and only...
Excellent location, friendly staff, and a very comfortable experience overall. Would happily stay again.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room size was decent, and being on a high floor, we got some city views. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast quality was also high with a good variety of options. My only minor complaint was a small bug buzzing around the room, so I'd recommend improving pest control.
Great view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators

Loved the place! Clean, friendly staff, neat, tidy, location is great. 10/10 no notes!!
We are Accor Gold plus members and always stay in Accor properties.
We stayed at Peppers for our 2nd Anniversary.
We were very surprised at the bottle of sparkling wine and lovely note. Thank you!!! ❤️
We live locally and love staying away from home in our city often.

It is our wedding anniversary and my wife and I couldn’t be more happier with the stay and the quality of service we received.
Stayed here for 3 nights and the room were very clean and the staff were all nice.
Special mention to Rodel and Ivan from housekeeping, Lucy at the guest services and Ian from Tutto Restaurant. Went over and beyond. Kudos to them.

I recently stayed at Peppers Waymouth Adelaide, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Adelaide’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping precincts.

I had a great stay at Peppers Waymouth Adelaide. The room was comfortable and clean making it easy to relax during my visit. The only issue was in the middle of night one of the cabinets just fell off the wall.
The standout, however, was the service. Madisson was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly approach made the experience even better.

The Hotel is really nice and comfortable
We only stayed one night but loved the set up in the room
Awesome sta. Neat and clean facilities.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mantra on the Hindmarsh
I had the pleasure of staying at Mantra on the Hindmarsh for six weeks, and it was an excellent experience overall.
• Comfort & Convenience: The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. It felt more like a home than just a hotel room.
• Parking: One of the highlights was the ample parking space availability. This made daily...
Great location, the room need to vacuum, can see the dusk very obvious.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom vanity was a bit small for 3 females doing their make up for a wedding but we managed. I will bring an additional mirror next time. Buffet breakfast was excellent and very convenient. Only a few minutes wall to the mall. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Walking distance to free tram stop, bus terminal and supermarket.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Spacious and clean. Friendly staff.
Large, modern, clean and comfortable apartment rooms. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Handy location 5 mins walk to Markets, bars and city centre
We booked 2 bedroom apartment and the place was huge and spacious. Everything was provided for the kitchen. we were able to prepared meals. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
As mentioned before, the location really depends on where you primarily plan to go. If you're mainly exploring the city center, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you're driving and primarily visiting the Market area, I think it's quite good. The kitchen facilities are excellent, with a large oven and a dishwasher. The electric stovetop has plenty of power.
The location is great, within walking distance to the city center and right next to Chinatown. However, parking at the hotel requires using the adjacent parking lot, which also incurs a fee. This felt a bit inconvenient.

Right in the middle of the city, very convenient. The reception was super helpful and room is comfortable.
This is a pretty good (though expensive) hotel in a great location. The decor may be starting to age, but its not too bad just yet, and I absolutely love the layout that allows the bathroom to be open to the room or closed off. The luxury feel of the bathroom quickly wears off when you get into the shower and wait fifteen minutes for hot water, especially when the water is coming through an ageing...
Very good location. And very good service. Highly recommended.
Great stay and near to all shopping
Second time staying here and I enjoyed it. Staff were courteous and helpful. Still the only hotel that provides a good minibar and snacks.

Great hotel and close to city without the business
Very good hotel to stay, staff is helpful and friendly.
Really welcome. The only issue was direct parking at the hotel, if you arrive too late you may not get a hotel park
Ill start with the positives. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom was amazing, new modern features. Good size balcony, staff friendly and attentive. Now for the negatives, considering this particular Quest is only 6 months old, I question where they got the beds & pillows from. The most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. I had to go buy a pillow! The secure parking is ridiculously overpriced & no...

It is located at the top of the worst street in Adelaide.
The staff were not very friendly and left a bad taste in my mouth. There is on-site parking at $22 per day. It's secure and undercover.
Wonderful stay and staff was so kind and welcoming!
I recently stayed at BreakFree Adelaide and was thoroughly impressed! For the price, the value you get is unbeatable.
The highlight for me was the housekeeping. It was amazing to come back after a long day of exploring to find the room perfectly cleaned and refreshed—it really made the stay feel premium.

The facilities are flimsy and low quality. The table lamp doesn’t work. The loo flush button is out of function.
It was fine, we would use it again. Staff really helpful and informative. Taxis can be instantly ordered and monitored from reception.

Adelaide, 1 South Terrace (in the centre) 🧭 Map
To be honest, I booked three nights at the Rydges South Park Adelaide because it is a four-star hotel. But I am disappointed to say that this hotel does not deserve a four-star title as my superior queen room is quite old and the shower facility doesn't have a handle and when you turn on the water, the water splashes around from the top, which makes a partial body shower impossible. You have to bring...
Very efficient checkin
Great overnight stay
Fantastic meal at the Skyline restaurant with excellent service
Buffet breakfast next day before we departed
Good services, easy parking, enjoy our stays.
Decent spot near the city, Would stay again.
Enjoyed room services. Excellent mini bar in the rooms.
Chicken pizza from restaurant on the G floor was nice.
Nice view from the little balcony facing west.
The hotel is right next to a multi-way intersection, and the constant revving of engines all night long made it impossible to sleep even with earplugs. The noise was unbearable and severely disrupted my sleep.

The room was spacious and clean, though the facilities were a bit old. The location is great, very close to the bus stop and within the free tram zone, making it super convenient to get to the Botanic Garden, Library, Art Gallery, Museum, and the University of Adelaide directly. It's also within walking distance to the International Convention Centre and the train station.
Located on the edge of Adelaide's CBD, it's a convenient 5-minute walk to catch the free CBD tram, making it easy to reach all the city center attractions.
Was great for an overnight stopover! Rooms were clean and lot of restaurants on the back street, so it was good to explore late night as the hotel is accommodation only.
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, with bus and tram stops nearby for getting to all attractions. You can walk to the city center and Adelaide Railway Station. The staff are courteous and contacted me in advance to arrange my room, and I was able to store my luggage.
I went with my mom for a short trip. I goy contacted by the receptionist the day before to confirm about our arrival time to prepare the room for us, so we came there around 12.30pm and our room was ready even though their usual checkin time is 2pm. The room was spacious and clean. We love the customer service and the location. We will book this hotel when we visit Adelaide again ❤️
The receptionist didn't check who I was and didn't disclose the hotel room number when I told her that my partner has already checked in and I had paid for the hotel room. They don't provide a spare key when 2 adults are staying in 1 room. The amenities were decent however they need to have their signs laminated for DO NOT DISTURB or for HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE as I couldn't put the sign on the door knob...

It was a good stay at accommodation near the university. It was spacious clean, tidy and professionally ran. 20 min by Uber to the city and breakfast cafe area 10 min walk down the street.

I had a late check-in which was an easy process. Comfortable and quiet room. Easy check out.
Dated property but has everything to make your stay comfortable. Good location and free parking. Looks and feels more like a motel.
When we arrived, they wanted to charge a credit card for security deposit. I don't give credit card details to anyone. So they charged double for a cash deposit. They never gave me a receipt so almost forgot about the deposit.
The room was nice but the aircon leaked water onto the carpet. Asked to have it fixed and a guy came by to supposedly fix it. It still kept dripping water for the next 6 days...

Good accommodation for the price.
I asked for a nice room and the concierge told me his recommendation and it was an acceptable room (2). Nothing fancy but comfortable beds, mostly blockout curtains, everything operational. Bathroom needs updating but at the price I would expect this.

The reception staff were very helpful. There were convenience stores, fast food restaurants, and cafes nearby, which made it very convenient. There was also laundry service (for a fee), which I thought was convenient for long-term stays.
There is a massive crack in the foot[ath where we stayed hwich went up to the car park and had lifted part of the concrete, not ideal for a vision impaired person to manipulate, and there were aware I had vision issues amd mobility issues. Also the floor of the room was not completely flat, there was like a small hill across the middle of the room. can't fault anything else :)

The hotel boasts spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, and I particularly liked the kitchen being open for 20 hours, allowing guests to cook whenever they please. The only downside is the lack of privacy; I'd suggest installing curtains or blinds around each bed for better seclusion.
The room was clean, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh (you have to put them on yourself, which is fine). The kitchen was huge, and the hostel is right in the city center. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and detailed in helping me resolve issues quickly. Highly recommend!
The hotel was very clean and tidy. But next to the hotel, there was some kind of club and it was very loud and noisy outside. I couldn't sleep well. But staff and location were good.

Really liked this hotel experience. There’s nothing quite like it in Adelaide. Was very lovely for a couples getaway :)
It's unique and spacious. You can cook and bring your kids. It's suitable for a family trip.
Our charming accommodation evoked an era of days gone by. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with a huge spa bathroom, whilst the cupboard was well stocked - including mini gingerbreads, real coffee and plunger. We really appreciated the secure parking and the proximity to shops and restaurants.
Loved the location and history of the building and fire engine. Check in was easy and welcoming. Heating and music on. We only stayed one night for an event but had dinner near by, caught city loop bus. Everything was easy and convenient.
The kitchenette was well equipped. Beds and lounge suite were very comfortable. Pay TV availability would have been advantageous as free tv programming very limited.
The whole setup is amazing. My kids spent all of their time on the truck or playing with the toy trucks, which made it easy for me to just relax. Absolutely loved it.
