Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room size was decent, and being on a high floor, we got some city views. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast quality was also high with a good variety of options. My only minor complaint was a small bug buzzing around the room, so I'd recommend improving pest control.

Great view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom vanity was a bit small for 3 females doing their make up for a wedding but we managed. I will bring an additional mirror next time. Buffet breakfast was excellent and very convenient. Only a few minutes wall to the mall. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We booked 2 bedroom apartment and the place was huge and spacious. Everything was provided for the kitchen. we were able to prepared meals. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

As mentioned before, the location really depends on where you primarily plan to go. If you're mainly exploring the city center, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you're driving and primarily visiting the Market area, I think it's quite good. The kitchen facilities are excellent, with a large oven and a dishwasher. The electric stovetop has plenty of power.

The location is great, within walking distance to the city center and right next to Chinatown. However, parking at the hotel requires using the adjacent parking lot, which also incurs a fee. This felt a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is right next to a multi-way intersection, and the constant revving of engines all night long made it impossible to sleep even with earplugs. The noise was unbearable and severely disrupted my sleep.

The room was spacious and clean, though the facilities were a bit old. The location is great, very close to the bus stop and within the free tram zone, making it super convenient to get to the Botanic Garden, Library, Art Gallery, Museum, and the University of Adelaide directly. It's also within walking distance to the International Convention Centre and the train station.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, with bus and tram stops nearby for getting to all attractions. You can walk to the city center and Adelaide Railway Station. The staff are courteous and contacted me in advance to arrange my room, and I was able to store my luggage.

I went with my mom for a short trip. I goy contacted by the receptionist the day before to confirm about our arrival time to prepare the room for us, so we came there around 12.30pm and our room was ready even though their usual checkin time is 2pm. The receptionist didn't check who I was and didn't disclose the hotel room number when I told her that my partner has already checked in and I had paid for the hotel room. It was a good stay at accommodation near the university. It was spacious clean, tidy and professionally ran. 20 min by Uber to the city and breakfast cafe area 10 min walk down the street.

When we arrived, they wanted to charge a credit card for security deposit. I don't give credit card details to anyone. So they charged double for a cash deposit. They never gave me a receipt so almost forgot about the deposit. The room was nice but the aircon leaked water onto the carpet. Asked to have it fixed and a guy came by to supposedly fix it. Just a few steps across a lush green lawn, you can catch a free cable car, which takes only a few minutes to reach the city center. The reception staff were very helpful. There were convenience stores, fast food restaurants, and cafes nearby, which made it very convenient. There was also laundry service (for a fee), which I thought was convenient for long-term stays.

There is a massive crack in the foot[ath where we stayed hwich went up to the car park and had lifted part of the concrete, not ideal for a vision impaired person to manipulate, and there were aware I had vision issues amd mobility issues. Also the floor of the room was not completely flat, there was like a small hill across the middle of the room. can't fault anything else :)

Centrally located, check-in only required a credit card number, no deposit was held. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the windows could be opened. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, shampoo, and body wash. There were also complimentary coffee sachets, tea, and milk. The free WiFi worked well.

The hotel boasts spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, and I particularly liked the kitchen being open for 20 hours, allowing guests to cook whenever they please. The only downside is the lack of privacy; I'd suggest installing curtains or blinds around each bed for better seclusion.

This is a really good hotel. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. The toaster was also a lifesaver. Laundry is available for a fee. Our charming accommodation evoked an era of days gone by. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with a huge spa bathroom, whilst the cupboard was well stocked - including mini gingerbreads, real coffee and plunger. We stayed in the Musica Viva apartment and it is spacious, charming and situated close to amenities. It is a comfortable walk to the city, including the zoo, the museum and the art gallery, but if we didn't feel like walking the free bus stop is just down the road. It's a brilliant place to stay.
